Ocean and Earth is a stylish and spacious 4 bedroom home with an additional private 2 bedroom studio, perfect for extended family get togethers or holidaying friends. The large open plan central living, dining and kitchen zone boasts charming bushland views through the surrounding glass windows, bathing the space in natural light. Featuring wood flooring throughout, a cosy wood fireplace and split system air conditioning for year round climate control
Kitchen boasts all the modern conveniences of home; including a gas stovetop, electric oven, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, and a breakfast bench
Dining zone offers large 10 seater dining table and direct access through the sliding door to the huge outdoor entertaining zone and beyond
The comfortable separate lounge area provides a space to unwind and watch tv on the large smart screen, ideal for movie nights in!
Leading on from the lounge area you will find the master bedroom, this wing of the house also has the option of a private external entrance Offers a king bed, ceiling fan, a/c, and TV. Also featuring a walk-in robe and an ensuite with vanity, shower and w/c (please note there is no door on this ensuite bathroom)
This section of the home also includes an office, for when work simply cannot wait. Features a desk, with ceiling fan and seating area.

The lush grassed area provide a place for the kids to run and play, and the playground and trampoline is a kids dream
