Perfect for weekend getaways, business travellers, or holidaymakers, this beautifully appointed home features spacious interiors, two modern bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large backyard with an alfresco dining area. With Semaphore Beach, vibrant cafes, and boutique shopping just around the corner, you can unwind knowing everything you need is at your fingertips.
Step through the secure front gate and follow the path to the entrance, where you’ll find a charming hallway leading into this spacious retreat. To your right, the inviting living room welcomes you with plush seating, a large Smart TV with all your favourite streaming apps, and a split-system air conditioner to keep you comfortable year-round.
To the left, the first bedroom features a luxurious queen bed, a spacious built-in wardrobe with ample storage, and a full-length mirror. Just down the hall, the first bathroom offers a modern shower, toilet, and vanity. Continuing through, the second bedroom mirrors the first with a queen bed, built-in wardrobe, and a decorative fireplace adding a touch of character. The third bedroom, also with a queen bed, boasts a generous built-in wardrobe, providing plenty of space for your stay.
At the heart of the home, the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area is designed for effortless entertaining. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a double-door fridge, oven, electric cooktop, dishwasher, and a Nespresso machine with a milk frother for your morning coffee. $200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
