Beautiful and clean condo that was easy to access. Dawn, our host, was super responsive and kind. I really believe she wanted us to have great stay which we did. I would recommend to family and friends and would book again.

Beautiful sunset AND sunrise

We’ve stayed at MANY rentals through the years and I can truly say that this is one of the nicest. They don’t come cleaner, hosts can’t be any more gracious, and views were amazing. From sunrises to sunsets, dolphins to stingrays, there was always something to see! You don’t see the ocean from here but the water was just as beautiful and the beach was just across the street. We will definitely be back!

Great home away from home!

This property is in an excellent location. There are a lot of great restaurants near by. A good spot to explore Pensacola and Orange Beach. I would definitely stay there again. I enjoyed the riverside views at night very much.

Great Girl’s Weekend!

My best friend and I had the best time during our stay. The unit was clean and very comfortable. The property is nice and quiet which was wonderful! We enjoyed the balcony views the most! Beautiful! Dawn was great with communication throughout the entire rental process and answered any questions that we had. I highly recommend staying at this property! We will definitely be back!

Love the view

This unit was exactly as advertised. We loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the river and watching the boats come in and out. We used the outside cooking area with other family and friends. Dawn was very responsive to any questions we had. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice size. The kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

More than meets your expectations!

We visited for our son’s Winging Ceremony and the location, amenities, and property surpassed our expectations. The owner was incredibly thoughtful and responsive. (Not that we needed a thing!) She actually let us know that we could have a bit more time leaving as they didn’t have anyone coming in that day. We were prepared to leave on time, but decided to enjoy one last patio lunch overlooking the water with our new found time. Everything was amazing!!!

Great week at the Beach! Thank you.

Our recent stay at this condo surpassed all expectations, offering a seamless experience from check-in to departure. The arrival process was a breeze, thanks to clear and timely communication beforehand from Dawn. As we stepped into the condo, we were greeted by cleanliness and meticulous upkeep, setting us up for a comfortable stay. The proximity to the beach, which pleasantly surprised us, was a short stroll made even easier with the provided beach buggy, ensuring that every day was a beach day. The sunset views from the balcony were another pleasant surprise, as we did not expect to see the sunset everynight from the riverside. The Memorial Day weekend boat traffic added an extra layer of excitement to our stay, providing endless entertainment as we watched hundreds of boats from the condo. The condo was the perfect summer kickoff for my family.

October in Perdido

We love staying at the seaspray and have rented from several different owners over the past four years and will continue to return. My only complaint was that the condo only had one key. My spouse and I have different hobbies and he likes to fish off the dock, I go shopping, too the beach, etc. It was not convenient for us to be tied to the condo if the other was out and no way to lock up if we wanted to leave. That's the only down side to our entire trip

Laura I am so sorry that one key was an inconvenience for you. However, that is why we have a lockbox to hold the key when you leave the unit incase you have others going in a different direction. We have had 2 keys in the past and one would always disappear.

The place is roomy and nicely decorated with a great view off the balcony of the back river. The bed is comfortable. The building has a good elevator , fast and central . Nice pool overlooking the river. There are storage closets outside your rental but I was not given key access. The beach is across the street and you are allowed to park in the two parking lots of the two sister buildings of the same name. The beach is lovely with pools and hoses with showers to clean up when leaving the beach. Also, you can swim in the pools that overlook the beach (I think). The kitchen is well appointed with a great prep counter and big fridge. Salt and pepper and sugar were provided. The disappointment came with the 55/car charge for parking which was not evident. In fact, if you have two cars the fees are per car with a max of two cars. I did see that there was a parking fee when I signed the contract but since we were in a hurry, and there was no indication of a parking fee when I specifically asked, I was not worried that it would be more than a nominal fee. 55 is not nominal. VRBO advertises that ALL fees are included. They did not tell the truth. Having warned you about this unreasonable fee, I will add that the place was clean. Prepare to put in a load of their towels, strip the beds and do the dishes and put them away. Why do they get a 200 cleaning when you do most of the work.The location is supurb

Future guests please go back and read our past reviews - we are complemented on our cleanliness and communication with our guests. We provide a rental agreement which is signed off by the guest prior to arrival. It clearly states that there is a parking fee of $55 per car per stay which is paid to the office not to the owner. I am not in favor of the parking fee but it is a complex rule mandated by Seaspray. A checkin and checkout information form is provided and it states that there is a key box to the storage closet for guests use. Guests are welcome to use any of the amenities located at the property- riverside and beach side. I would suggest all guests read the rental agreement throughly prior to signing.

Amazing stay

Everything is as advertised! Condo is beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. Patio is a nice size and view is spectacular. It’s on the bay side but was short easy walk to the beach. Dawn was so helpful in answering any questions we had and very accommodating! Will stay there again!
