Large (900sq) loft-like upstairs apartment located in a nearly 100 year old building in the heart of downtown Sault Ste. Marie On. You are perfectly situated with just a short walk to shopping, dining, entertainment and tourist attractions. Also, conveniently located just below is a Salon & Spa, licensed cafe (extended patio in the summer months)and a female fitness & wellness centre. The cafe can take care of all of your morning-get-up-and-go needs, quick lunch or evening-night-caps!
The space
"Due to Covid-19 extra sanitization and disinfection practices are being done in between guest. All surfaces, doorknobs, dishware and cutlery and linens are done with the commercial machines. It is only one of two appt.s which gives very little human interactions. "The space is over 900 sq. ft. of open floor plan with large bedroom with pull out futon. Two more pull-outs are in the living space. The apartment comes equipped with 2 smart Tvs, Netflix, free WIFI and all the basic kitchen amenities needed. Private access to roof top!

The apartment has separate shared laundry (free to use but needs laundry soap) and roof top outdoor space. (Please respectfully not touch the other tenants rooftop patio, furniture and BBQ-Not for use-)

Achieve Fitness and Wellness Centre is complimentary to all our our female guests to use during your stay! We have a 12 person steamroom, infrared saunas, group fitness classes, cardio and weight room, showers, lockers and VIP lounge! You will also receive 15% off towards cafe items! Spa services are an additional fee, if you choose to book this. If you wish to take advantage of this, please let me know and I will issue a temporary membership bracelet to all who wish to use it and give some instruction on entry and usage!
