Located on Lake Simcoe, in Kempenfelt Bay, our cottage is an amazing 6+bedroom waterfront home. It is a great space for a family to getaway close to the city. We are located 1hr from Toronto. Easily accessible by car and even by Go train and close to all major amenities.

The space
MAIN HOUSE: chefs kitchen, fully equipped with top appliances. There are 4 bedrooms in main house. 2 upstairs and 2 on the main floor, each floor has a bathroom. There is a full laundry room. The living room has two couches and a tv. This space also holds the indoor dinning room that can comfortably sit a large group. There is also an outdoor dinning room which is within a screened area which makes for outdoor dining without the bugs.

GUEST HOUSE: this is attached to a large deck overlooking the lake. The guest house has a small kitchenette, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, and a living room that also has a bunk bed.

OUTDOOR: wood burning BBQ and propane BBQ by the main house, outdoor fire pit near main house and on the beach. We have a rocky shore but have put in a rare sandy area on the beach. There is a huge deck overlooking the lake that has wicker furniture, dining area, and muskoka chairs. The beach has a dock with beach chairs.
