Large Innisfil Lakeview Cottage with steps to Lake Simcoe
Just steps away from lake Simcoe, the property boasts breathtaking views and a peaceful ambiance, ideal for unwinding or adventuring.
The large, charming cottage features expansive windows that flood the space with natural light and showcase the lush surroundings.
9 bedrooms, designed for comfort, offer ample space for families or groups with views of the lake and forest. Step outside onto a sprawling deck, complete with outdoor seating and a fire pit for cozy nights.
Please review the house rules:
- Loud outdoor music is strictly prohibited with no exceptions at all times of day
- Parties and events are welcome as long as the number of people at the house does not exceed the house capacity of 20 people
- No additional guests are allowed to stay at the property overnight.
- Our private driveway can accommodate up to 13 vehicles maximum and there is no street parking available
- All guests will be asked to sign a rental agreement stating the rules above
The property has a large island for breakfast and food preparation. A loft is available above the garage with its own kitchen, bathroom and a beautiful view of the lake.
The main kitchen has a wine fridge and a beverage fridge in addition to the usual appliances.
Outside the house you will find a serene and peaceful environment with a forest, large firepit (firewood is available free of charge in a reasonable quantity) with seating for 20 people, and a kids playground. Due to low levels of light at night in the area, stargazing is extremely easy and you can watch many stars at night not visible in many other places.
A gas BBQ is available on one of the 2 decks and a large patio area is available in the backyard with chairs and tables. Wi-Fi is available inside and outside the house as well as 4 levels of water filtration.
A public playground and beach is located at the entrance of the street and is available to all with Crystal clear water that is knee deep about 100 m off the shore.
Friday Harbour resort is only minutes away from the property if you want to check its amenities and additional entertainment options.
