While there is 1 bathroom on the main floor, all bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor and require interior stairs to access- The cookstove and fireplace in the den are not available for guest use- This property is located on an active farm with animals; the homeowner visits once each day to care for the animals and may be present during your stay- The Sod House is a separate overnight rental located on-site; please respect the privacy of those guests outside of the standard 10:00 AM–4:00 PM tourism viewing window- You have complimentary access to the Sod House during tourism hours (10:00 AM–4:00 PM); visitors may be present on the farm during these times- Sod House guests and tourism visitors utilize a public farm bathroom located in a nearby outbuilding; you may see other guests in this area during your stay-The backyard playset and picnic table area is a shared community space; these amenities are shared between Farmhouse and Sod House guests at all times, as well as with tourism guests during viewing hours- The Sod House tourist attraction is located on-site and the parking area is shared with this property; visitors may be present during your stay
