The space
This is a three bedroom house and on my hosting in two bedroom. The main bed room is spaces either his and hers closet.

This is great for accessibility are there is only step to get inside and not stairs accesses required.
No Smoking, No pets, no parties
Fully furnished kitchen with all utensils and hardware.
Guest access
They are only two sleeping room the rest are empty. You have access to the main floor and laundry in the basement.
