Cozy Camper setup, off grid

Reconnect with nature at this cozy off grid escape. Nestled into the woods only 2 minutes from city center. Has AC, firepit, bonfire pit, outdoor eating area, outdoor food prep station, outdoor games, BBQ, solar panels, generator, connected to sewer, RV water tank

This is an off grid location. There is a generator if you need to turn on AC or microwave. When the generator is off, the solar panels provide sufficient energy for the lights and the propane powers the fridge, stove and the water heater.

Please do not keep the water heater on at all times as it will cause you to run out of propane quicker. Rather, I invite you to turn it on 20 to 30 minutes before you need to take a shower.

There is a BBQ and outdoor Kitchen. I do not plug in the outdoor fridge as it only works of the generator is running.

I provide three tanks of propane, 1 tank of gas for the generator and 1 bin of fire wood per week stay. If you need more, it will be extra.

I provide bedding and towels for 4 guests. extra guests are $10 additional per night and I will provide extra bedding and linen where needed.

I will allow for a tent to be set up by the camper if needed

I prefer no pets given damages that have occurred in the past but you can reach out to discuss if you have a pet and I may be able to make an exception depending on the size of your pet.

There is no wifi or cable TV.
