This is the perfect getaway, escape to serenity this season. Leave behind the city life and come stay at the shore. From your peaceful and welcoming home, you're just 2 blocks from the beach and boardwalk, where you can enjoy walks along the Atlantic Ocean and the AC boardwalk, and a few steps away from the bay, where you can watch beautiful ever-changing sunsets. Our home is freshly decorated and furnished to provide a sanctuary for your stay. From this charming neighborhood, it's a 5minute drive, or a 15minute walk to the heart of AC. Walk along the famous Atlantic City Boardwalk where you will find fantastic restaurants, casinos, outlet shopping, nightlife and much more. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, you have plenty of space to relax and unwind after a day at the beach, a day out fishing, gambling, shopping, or all the other festivities in the area. The master bedroom offers a king mattress, plenty of dresser space for your belongings, a full wardrobe closet, separate linen closet, and a full-size desk for working from home. The second bedroom offers a queen size mattress and a full-size wardrobe closet. The home offers a full-size dinning room. Kitchen, counter that seats 3. The living room seats 4 guests comfortably and is adjacent to a cozy and bright indoor sun porch. Off the fully equipped kitchen is a full-size stackable washer and dryer, and a full bath with a stand-up shower. Off the laundry area is a small outdoor deck that seats up to 4 guests. [Note: The bay at the end of our street is under construction.]

If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Atlantic City this is it! The home is clean, well maintained with most of the amenities of home. It’s easy access with a security code! It is situated in a beautiful quiet area close to and within walking distance to the beach and bay. The casinos and boardwalk are within a 10 minute drive or walkable if you prefer. The owners are a pleasure to communicate and quick to respond to any questions or issues.

Great Location, perfect host

My daughter and I and one of her friends were in town for a soccer tournament and stayed at this home. It was perfect, far enough away from the downtown noise and excitement, yet close enough to walk there. Super clean, everything worked and plenty of space. Helen, the neighbor, is very nice;)

Great place to stay

Rented this property this past weekend. The pictures did not do the place any justice. It was an amazing property. So beautiful and people friendly. The neighbor even brought over a cheesecake to welcome us. The house manager kym was exceptional. If I emailed her she reaponded promptly. I would recommend this place and I would definitely rent again.

Perfect get away!

Soccer moms looking to make the best of a tournament by spending some time near the ocean. This was perfect. Clean, spacious, all the amenities you could need. Owner’s communication was spectacular and personal touches when we arrived were very much appreciated. Two blocks from the boardwalk/beach but far enough away from the casinos for a quiet stay. Girls trip

This home gave us a little bit of golden girls go to NJ. Extremely clean home. Easy walk to the beach with the help of chairs,umbrella and cart. As expected Helen was a very friendly neighbor. If you doubt staying in AC this home is worth it. Especially will linens and towels provided. The window air units kept the home plenty cool!

All you need and more!

I took my 13-year-old daughter and two of her friends on a last minute, end-of-summer beach weekend trip. Found this place just a week before. The pleasant communication with the owners was comfortable and just right. After we arrived, we got a message just making sure all was well, and an offer to let them know if there was anything we needed. When arriving, the girls were sooo happy and thought it was so nice! Not what they (nor I) expected because we were smack in the middle of an older, quaint neighborhood with lots of old trees and homes almost 100 years old (Neighbor told me so ;)) but we felt like we were in the old beach towns you read about and see pictures of. We met neighbor who I read about in the reviews and the owners mentioned her in our private messages. Neighbor is definitely part of the package with this house. She was welcoming, adorable and helpful, not too little, not too much. If you are fussy about having your rental being straight off HGTV AFTER clip then don’t rent this place. If you care about comfort, cleanliness, and feeling like your favorite aunt was expecting you and couldn’t be there and wanted you to make yourself at home, this is your jam. All doors and windows are new and felt very safe. The place is minimalist yet everything you need plus some extra hospitality all ready for you upon arrival. Everything was ready just for you to drop the luggage and sprint to the beach just 2 blocks away. Oh and when ya get back from beach, you can catch a waterfront sunset literally 25 strides away. Back Porch at night reminded me of Mrs. Madrigal’s courtyard from Tales of the City (if ya don’t know, Google it!) and was a nice spot for some quiet me-time. Beds, pillows and sheets all new, clean and very comfortable! Woke up at 5:15 am our last morning to get ready to catch the sunset, grab some breakfast at the boardwalk and spend the morning with the beach mostly to yourself for a good 4 hours, then back to this place for quick showers, pack up and go! This place was just right for our trip. Lots of memories made in a short stay.

Wonderful and peaceful place to stay near the beach

The place was perfect, very clean. My husband and two kids love the proximity to the board walk, the beach, and everything else. We met the neighbor Helen, she was lovely and gave some recommendations of places to visit near by like the Ocean City boardwalk, that was fabulous. Communication with Kim was flawless. The only thing I would recommend it’s to have a chef’s knife; I was unable to locate one in the kitchen , but there was a large kind of serrated knife that did the job. The beds were comfortable and the rooms are very spacious, in particular the master bedroom. The picture don’t do this place justice. It’s a very charming place.

Unmatched hospitatility

This home is in a great neighborhood. It is nicely furnished, very clean and very comfortable. The home is between the inlet and the ocean so it couldn't be in a better spot. We really had a great experience here. The host was excellent. She was not only very responsive she was very kind and thoughtful. Working with Kym was a great experience.

Kym was an awesome host! She was always immediately available when we had questions. And her house was extremely clean and exactly as advertised, no unwanted surprises. I highly recommend her house and will definitely look to stay here for my next AC trip! 5/5 stars!

It was truly our pleasure hosting James and his guests. They treated our home as if it were their own, leaving everything immaculate, and were very respectful to our neighbors. James was very communicative. It would be our pleasure to host him again and again. Any host is fortunate having James stay at their property. Great experience all around!

Kym was an amazing host! The entire process from start to finish was seamless. The house is in a great location, just a few blocks walk to the beach- which was very nice and not too crowded (even on July 4th weekend). There were beach chairs and plenty of towels. The house was spotless and well stocked for all our needs. Overall a great July 4th weekend! Would definitely recommend staying at Kym's place!!

Perfect last-minute holiday getaway!

When looking for a spontaneous last-minute beach getaway with our two college-age sons, we found this gem! Tucked in a quiet neighborhood in Ventnor, only a few blocks from the beach, it was just perfect! Owner Kym was super easy to contact and very attentive to our needs. Check-in was smooth, the house was clean and neatly furnished/decorated. Everything we needed was supplied - linens, towels, beach gear, kitchenware, water and coffee, and even a generous snack box that our sons devoured! We would not hesitate to return to this delightful retreat in the shadow of Atlantic City, and hopefully we will!!
