Charming Full House and Family Getaway Home - A Perfect Blend of Comfort and Convenience,
This recently renovated 3-bedroom, 1-bath house perfectly combines modern upgrades with classic charm. Nestled on a quiet street, this property offers a tranquil retreat while being conveniently located near essential amenities and beautiful beaches. Family-friendly, Full kitchen, wheelchair-accessible ramp, spacious backyard with a unique Royal Palm, and fruit trees. Solid 1950s style house.
The space
Wheelchair accessible ramp entrance. 1950s style layout, 3 bedroom, 1 bath house. The living room and two of the bedrooms face north, so plenty of sun shines through big windows that look out to a large, spacious back yard. Very private. A lovely outdoor table and chairs for tea in the mornings, perfect for listening to the many birds around the property.
Laundry downstairs with washer and dryer. Ample parking space that can accommodate three cars.
The garden shed has no access for renters and is the owner's private space.
Guest access
The Guests have access to the entire house, including the front and back yards, and laundry facilities under the house.
The guests have no access to the garage and one hallway storage closet. Also, please don't enter the storage area under the house and the far garden shed located at the back of the property. These are not safe areas for children to play.
A key lock box is located at the front door for entry, and keys must be returned to the box when leaving.
The fireplace is not to be used.
Please respect the land and house, as it has been in my family for over 70 years.
Other things to note
When you leave, please ensure that all windows are closed and the side kitchen door is locked, then pull the front door shut and hear the lock click.
There is no wheelchair access from the side kitchen door; only the front entrance door has a ramp.
The number of towels provided will match the number of guests, unless a longer stay and additional requests are made.
Coffee pods and tea are provided at a rate of one per day for each guest.
The bathroom has complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body soap.
No Fires in the fireplace, thank you.
No parties, no pets (new carpets and floors), no loud music after 10:30 pm. Please be sure to respect the neighbors.
