Self check in.
Available between 3pm and midnight. Collect keys and security fob 3 min drive from property (collect on your way there) with ample parking.
Keys and security fobs will be issued to the person who made the booking. A unique code will be emailed on the day of check-in and is required to access keys and security fob. More details will be provided prior.

NO SMOKING OR VAPING - smoking and vaping is NOT permitted anywhere at this apartment complex.

PEACEFUL HOME - This is a peaceful home we want it to feel like a proper reset for you and every future guest who stays here so please note the quiet hours of between 10pm and 7am.
WHAT WE INCLUDE IN OUR STARTER PACK
Our starter pack is designed to help get you started on your holiday.
Bathrooms - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, soap bar, 2 toilet rolls and linen per bathroom.
Kitchen and Laundry - Tea, coffee (instant and fresh coffee beans), milk, sugar, dish cloth, scourer, dishwasher tablets x2 , dishwashing liquid, rubbish bags and laundry powder.
BATH LINEN
We supply one bath towel per booked guest plus one hand towel, one bath mat and two face washers per bathroom.
Additional bath linen is available for hire during your stay if required. Please advise if you would like to arrange more bath linen.
BEACH TOWELS
We provide beach towels which you are very welcome to use. Beach towels not returned on departure are charged at $40 each.
SELF CONTAINED
You are booking a fully self contained holiday apartment. There are no housekeeping services provided during your stay. Basic cleaning supplies and equipment are provided which will allow you to keep things tidy and you will have full access to the laundry in the apartment to wash linen and clothing if required during your stay.
FREE WIFI
Guests are welcome to use our wifi to login to their own streaming accounts such as Netflix during their stay. Please remember to log out before your departure. You will find the wifi login details in the Welcome Guide (scan the QR code or access via Airbnb messages).
AIR CONDITIONING
Zoned air conditioned heating and cooling is available throughout the apartment.
CAR PARKING
One complimentary secure access basement car park is available with a 2.2m height clearance. You will gain access with the security fob.
Guest Access:
You have full and private access to the apartment and shared access to the common areas of the Pool, Hot tub, Sauna, Steam room, Gym, Barbecues and tables.
Other Things to Note:
Construction - Please note that the Gold Coast is growing exponentially with construction all over. We have double glazed windows and doors to reduce noise. Construction noise is only allowed between 6:30am - 6:30pm and is not permitted on Sundays or public holidays. Minimal disturbance is expected but needs to be noted. Thank you
