No pets, If pets are found to be in the apartment, we are required by building management to have professional cleaning and pest control undertaking immediately. This cost will be at the guests expense.
The Oracle observes a quiet time between 9pm and 8am. Please refrain from loud noise during this time. A Minut noise and occupancy monitoring device has been installed and will inform us if there is loud noise, higher than expected occupancy or indoors smoking.
Due to the high winds on level 46, the seat back cushions for the outdoor furniture should be kept inside when not in use.
Check in time during school holidays is 3pm . This is due to ensure the apartments are appropriately cleaned during the peak period.
Additional cleaning fees of $60 per hour apply where the property requires excess cleaning for example food stains on furniture or floor coverings. Additional cleaning costs e.g. steam cleaning due to fake tan stains will also be payable by the guest.
No check in or out Christmas day, new years day or Easter Sunday.
$150 fee for each lost key.
Note to Guests: Accidents happen. If you lose a key, fob, or get locked out, we're here to help. While we offer spare keys via our security team for after hours lock outs (9pm to 7am), a $200 call-out fee applies and must be cleared before key handover. Furthermore, any reported anti-social or illegal activities, like unauthorised parties, excessive noise between 9pm - 8 am or tampering with the Minut device, will incur a $250 call-out fee. This, along with any security breach-related costs, will be directly charged to you.
Consumables: We are including a number personal hygiene and cleaning products made by Zero Co. These are environmentally friendly and refillable. Should you decide to take these with you, they will be charged at $20 per bottle.
