As part of experiencing Australia’s natural environment, you may occasionally encounter household pests such as ants, cockroaches, flies, lizards, snakes, or spiders—particularly in the warmer spring and summer months. We take regular preventative measures, including spring cleaning, pest control treatments, and secure food storage, to minimise their presence. However, from time to time they may still appear.
