Welcome to Hopewell House, a spacious family haven in St Andrews Beach offering relaxation, room to unwind, and spectacular golf course views. Thoughtfully designed for extended families or group getaways, this generous home features three separate living areas, three bathrooms, a mudroom for sandy shoes and beach gear, and a large outdoor spa—perfect for a post-surf soak or evening under the stars. The open-plan layout is ideal for entertaining, with plenty of indoor and outdoor space for everyone to gather or spread out. Split over three levels, the home offers comfort and flexibility, with heating and cooling throughout and onsite parking for up to three vehicles (please note: the garage is not available for guest use, also pease note there is not internal access to the bunk room, this is via an external staircase).

Bedroom 2: Two king singles (can be made into a king on request)
Bedroom 3: Queen bed
Bedroom 4: Two tri-bunks (sleeps up to 6 guests, ideal for kids)

Whether you're relaxing in the spa, watching kangaroos roam the course, or enjoying games and meals with loved ones, The Dunes Retreat is the ultimate destination for family time, fresh air, and fun. At the back of the property is a walking track which is perfect for walking dogs.

This home has a no party policy and we request our guests respect that no loud music should be played at any time of the day or night. In the interests of our neighbours, we ask our guests to please move indoors by 10pm Monday to Thursday, and by 11pm Friday to Sunday and on public holidays.
