PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Experience tranquility and tropical charm in this newly redecorated Palm by the Sea Two-bedroom condo, with elegant, modern furniture and decorations that combine a palm tree-inspired and natural hues, the ideal representation of its name. Nestled within the renowned LeVent Beach Resort Aruba, featuring a resort pool, lush landscaping, and just minutes' walk from the famous Eagle Beach.

The balcony with dining and seating area that spans the living room and both bedrooms is the perfect spot for soaking in Aruba's sunshine and creating lasting memories with stunning, tranquil tropical views.

The open living area with sofa-bed (queen-size mattress), a TV, a round dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with a wine fridge and 4 bar stools. Just off the entrance hallway, there is a half bathroom and a laundry room with a stackable washer-dryer and utility storage space.

Primary bedroom includes:
- King-size bed
- Direct access to the balcony
- TV with desk and chair
- En-suite bathroom with a shower and walk-in closet with 2 safety boxes.

Second bedroom includes:
- - This room has two European twin beds that can be converted into a European king (this setup will have a connector and topper included). The photos show both setups, and please let us know your preferred setup before arrival
- Direct access to the balcony
- TV, chair and built-in closet
- En-suite bathroom with a shower.

This condo provides you with 1,440 sq. ft. of living space, 2 code-lock safety boxes, free unlimited WiFi, 3 cable TVs in the living room and each bedroom, beach chairs, cooler, and beach towels (with daily exchange service) are all available for your comfort. This unit is located in the right hallway off the elevators on the second floor. Sleeps 6 guests in a king-size bed, 2 twin-size beds, and a sofa-bed.

Please take note that the interior was professionally redone in September 2025 and is completely equipped with upscale furniture.

The pool area at LeVent Beach Resort Aruba is set amidst lush tropical landscaping and features a swimming pool, a large hot tub, a shallow pool area for kids, and various sunny or shaded lounge areas, offering a tranquil retreat within the resort. The beach access gate is only about 100 yards from Eagle Beach. Other resort facilities include a children's playground, a fitness room, an alfresco dining area with 2 BBQ grills plus an ice machine, and a rooftop to enjoy Aruba's sunsets. On-site there is a spa: Blue Waters Day Spa. Ample free parking available within the 24/7 secured gated complex. Beach towels are provided for all of our Prestige guests upon check-in, and they can be exchanged once per day for no additional cost at our Prestige LeVent desk in the lobby. Additionally, each of the LeVent rental properties managed by Prestige Vacations Aruba is also provided with its own portable beach chairs (stored away on the ground floor of the premises) and coolers that can be taken to the beach.
