Minutes from central Wollongong and its beautiful beaches, this charming townhouse offers spacious living for families or groups. Stroll along the Blue Mile pathway, as it stretches along the coast, stopping for a dip in the picturesque Continental Pool. Come home to this light and breezy residence designed for outdoor gatherings with multiple sit-down areas and replete with a full kitchen and three immaculately presented bedrooms.

The coastal city of Wollongong lies 90 minutes south of Sydney and offers abundant outdoor adventure, notable surf beaches and a flourishing food scene. Find dining and shopping along Crown Street Mall and check out the weekly Eat Street Markets for its array of international delicacies. For some of the city’s best cafes check out Lili J, Delano Specialty Coffee and Lee and Me.
Walk to Sublime Point Lookout to take in 180-degree views over the sea and rainforest or get your heart racing paragliding over Stanwell Tops. Meander through the picturesque Wollongong Botanic Gardens and if you’re travelling with the kids, don’t miss a day out at Symbio Wildlife Park or Jamberoo Action Park.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourself. Please make yourself at home!
In the heart of Wollongong, this generous townhouse provides a central base for families or those travelling for business. It’s staged over two levels with a variety of alfresco spaces, including a patio, balconies and leafy yard where kids will love to play.
Step inside to the lower level. Here you’ll find the open plan living and dining area, opening to a verandah and down to the courtyard. Open the doors to create a beautiful transition with the outdoors. A large dining table both inside and out makes it easy for guests to come together for a shared meal at home, making use of the fully catered kitchen. In the evenings spread out on the sofas with books and smart TV catering to your entertainment.
Upstairs you’ll find three bedrooms along with the main bathroom, which has a spa bath to help guests relax after a busy day. The master suite features a queen-sized bed, and benefits from an ensuite bathroom and private balcony. The second bedroom comes with a double bed, while the third bedroom has two singles – perfect if you’re travelling with kids. A porta cot and highchair are also available, while an internal laundry adds to your everyday convenience with a washing machine and dryer.
Secure garage parking is available for one car.
Parking: There is one free parking spot available in the garage. There is also free street parking.
Airport: 1 hour to Sydney Airport by car or 1 hour 30 minutes by public transport.
Public Transport: A short 5-minute walk to the bus stop on Crown St.

*Check-in: After 3:00 pm
*Checkout: 10:00 am
*No smoking
*No parties or events
*Pets are not allowed
* The home can accommodate up to 7 guests with the single sofa bed in the living room. This is upon request with a fee of $140. Please let us know upon booking if this option is required.
ADDITIONAL RULES:
*As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.
*In compliance with applicable legislation, we are required to enter a Short Term Rental Agreement with Guests upon booking. We are also transitioning from collecting a Security Deposit and will now be using a Pre-Authority form to hold as a form of security for your stay.
*This strictly is a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is SEVEN people, however, we do allow day visitors of up to THREE people. No more than a maximum of TEN people are allowed in the property at any given time.
*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.
*This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the apartment, we could issue a $500 fine.
*This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering or loud noise outside of the premises or inside of the premises. We ask for minimal noise especially after 9 pm.
*STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.
*Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. Please note, there may be a charge.
*Changing of Dates Terms & Conditions
- Requests to change booking dates may only be accommodated if check-in is more than 1 month away.
- This is subject to approval and we reserve the right to decline any requests.
- Please note that there may be a surcharge to change the dates.
- Any changes to bookings are subject to approval and we ask all guests to reach out to us first.
