Located on quiet Holiday Isle, this spacious home consists of 2 separate levels.

The first level of this home offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and living room. The spacious white kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots, pans, and cookware you’ll need to cook a feast or a quick bite. The large island offers the perfect place to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee in one of the 3 bar chairs. There is additional seating at the adjacent dining table. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating options to enjoy the large flat screen TV.

The lower floor offers a Master Bedroom with a King-sized bed. The guest room offers a Twin over Full bunk bed and an additional Twin bed. The lower floor sleeps 6 comfortably. The bedrooms do not have TVs.

The guest bathroom features a walk-in shower, while the Master Bathroom offers a combination tub/shower. The first floor does include a washer and dryer.

The large downstairs patio has all new patio furniture to sit and enjoy the Canal Breeze. There is also a propane grill available to cook up your catch of the day.

The second level of the home is only accessible via the outdoor stairs.

The second floor living room offers plenty of space for everyone and a large flat screen TV. The kitchen is bright and spacious as well. The dining room offers plenty of seating space for the whole family and there is additional seating at the kitchen bar.

There are 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms on this upstairs floor. The Master Bedroom offers a Queen-sized bed while the guest room features a Twin Trundle and additional Trundle. Allowing the upstairs space to sleep 5. There are no TVs in the bedrooms.

The Master Bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a combination tub/shower. There is also a washer and dryer on this floor as well!

The upstairs balcony has a new large patio table to enjoy the scenery as well as a sunset meal. There is plenty of space on the large upstairs sundeck to enjoy the canal view as well!

The home is a walk away from the beach access point. The home also includes a 32’ Boat Slip that is included with your stay. There is absolutely no trailer parking allowed at this home or on Holiday Isle. There is parking for up to 4 vehicles max. There is an additional parking space that is exclusive to the long-term boat slip user of the other boat slip. Rental guests are not to park in that spot and will be towed.
