Guest luxury living and dining is on the upper level including a large chefs open plan kitchen, butlers pantry, powder room, dining (seating up to 8 guests) and living space with high definition TV and Bose surround sound with ducted heating and cooling throughout. On the entrance level there is a second large living room with a gas fireplace, and three further large bedrooms, one with an ensuite and a further family bathroom and large laundry with washing machine and dryer.
