Das großzügig geschnittene Apartment befindet sich in der ersten Etage und verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer (Bett: 200x200) mit Balkonzugang, ein zweites Schlafzimmer (Bett: 140x200) ,ein Badezimmer mit ebenerdiger begehbarer Regendusche, sowie ein gemütliches und modernes Wohnzimmer (renoviert in November 2022) mit bequemer Couch, Smart TV, Essecke und lichtdurchfluteter, voll ausgestatteter Küche brandneuer Küche (renoviert in November 2020). Zusätzlich ist ein Kinderbett vorhanden. Der schöne Balkon lädt mit traumhaftem Blick über das Meer und die Altstadt zum Entspannen ein. Ein gepflegter Gemeinschaftspool bietet bis in den späten Abend hinein eine Erfrischungsmöglichkeit (täglich von 08:00 Uhr bis 21:00 Uhr geöffnet)

Perfect Location

The apartment was perfect for me and my family. It had everything we needed. The location is close to the beach (Praia de Pescadores), shops and restaurants. It was very clean. The beds were decent size and the rooms were spacious. It had everything you would need for your vacation. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Great Albufeira Location

Very short walk to the entertainment district and wonderful views of the town an ocean! It's far enough away from the clubs that the late-night music is not audible. The parking spot is priceless in the middle of Old Town! Highly recommend.

Fun and rain

we had a good time in albufeira even though it rained every day. We enjoyed the apartment, which was exactly as advertised ,food and afew short excursions. We explored the old town and discovered an awesome little traditional restaurant named ozuca, hidden down an alley a half block from the square. We ate there 3 times, try the cataplana.

Excellent Location and lots of room

We had a great time in Albufeira. The apartment was in a great location, easy walking distance to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants and shops. Lots of room for the three of us. Secure underground parking was great. Loved the patio and the view from the kitchen Had a bit of water backup in the shower drain, but it didn't happen everyday, so not sure why it happened. Great to have a washer and clothes drying rack, beach umbrellas and beach/pool towels. We would recommend staying here, as it was close enough to everything. Check in and check out were very easy. A dream with a view!

Albufeira is the perfect town if you want it all...cuisine, centrally located in the Algarve, beach and party. THE VIEW from balcony is pectacular and tricked someone in thinking we were on a greek island The apartmemt is PERFECTLY situated where you are 5 to 10min walk to restaurants/bars and same distance to the beach. Any closer and you may be able to hear Neil Diamond or Lionel Ritchie "all night long" LOL. Added bonus to this accomodation is underground parking (a must for me in portugal) and quaint rooftop pool. Stafan and his wife were LOVELY. One of the BEST accomodations ive had. If the stars line up will be back soon!. Thanks Algarve you did not dissapoint❤️

Nice apartment

Overall, nice experience. Clean unit. Shower does not drain (we were informed upon check in) and parking is extra even though there is a dedicated spot that was empty for the unit. The sliding door did not lock and when brought to the local property manager attention he was aware of the issue. When we checked out he said to pay him €30 on the spot for the door that was clearly damaged before we arrived.

USA Approved!!!

First - Stephan and his lovely wife who take care of the apartment were amazing. They picked us up at the train station and gave us a great run down of the area for our short ride. When we walked through the door my two college aged girls said WOW MOM!!!! And every room we went into they had the same reaction. Great view of the water and overlooking the town below. CLEAN - everything you need. Nice patio off the dining area - great pool and perfect size for 3 adults! I let them share the king bed while I took the interior room with no window. i have to admit when I booked I thought that this room was a bit odd and thought may be stuffy but you quickly realize hardly in there during the day and by leaving a small door open to living room the cool air makes it’s way in! Mattresses were very comfortable! Extra pillows and face cloths would be the only thing I would suggest to have as well as a stool of some sort for the shower to shave legs - otherwise I rate the place a big 10! Would definitely stay there again if ever we visit Old Town in the future!

Good location but lacks in other areas!

The only reason I give this place 3 stars is because of location, otherwise it would be less. You can walk to beach, dining and shopping very easily. The place was had a nice view of water and the village. Upon arrival I was told to contact the house keeper and meet him at a parking lot. This did not go well, the address given by the owner, Tobias, was not specific enough and we spent almost an hour trying to find each other. This was not a great start, very frustrating. But after we meet Stephan we were taken to the place and showed around. Some suggestions...bed needs more comfortable pillows and more of them. Also, have some water for your guests. I've stayed at other properties where the owner has had the frig stocked with basic items. And $80 euro for cleaning???? That's a lot!!!! We were only there 2 nights...showered once and never used the kitchen...oh and when arrived there were cigarette butts all over patio...that is not clean to me!!! If your looking for a beautiful beach resort we stumbled upon the Pine Cliffs Resort when looking for a beach...this is where I would stay next time.

This apartment is one of the best holiday rentals we have ever visited. Firstly, this is perfectly located right beside the beach and at the edge of the old town. Despite its very central location, the sound of the strip never makes it way in through the windows. The apartment itself has a lovely little kitchen, large balcony, big enough living and dining room, two double bedrooms, plenty of cupboard space and a smart TV. There is a large fridge freezer and a washing machine, meaning you don't need to pack too many clothes. The complex has a lovely shared pool, which is very close to this apartment. Stefan, the apartment manager is a lovely guy and really helpful. The resort is perfect for families with loads to do. Honestly cannot recommend this place more highly. A real winner.

Perfect location

The apartment is ideally located for all that Albufeira has to offer. It is presented in to a high standard and has everything that you need. The appliances are almost brand new and above all clean. We were greeted by Stefan and his wife who were incredibly helpful and told us everything that we needed to know. The apartment is very close to the beach, but it was also very nice to have the pool so close to us, because it is great being able to nip up there and have a dip for a while. Some times are busier than others, but it was never over the top. I'm sure that the CAN be rowdy elements in the other apartments, but we didn't hear a peep for the duration of our stay. It's important to note that you ARE near the old town of Albufeira and there is noise from the bars and clubs down below if you are sat on the balcony enjoying a glass of wine, but once in the apartment with the doors closed, you can't really hear it. There is so much to do in the area. We took a 4x4 tour and got shown the local area for 3 hours. We also went kayaking along the coast which was a lot of fun, but for us, the highlight was seeing (a LOT of) Dolphins swimming in the wild. We had a perfect holiday and in all honesty, we can't think of any negatives to say about this apartment. Highly recommended!

Great apartment in awesome location!

Sweet and clean apartment with AC less than 5 min walk from the beach and the big tourist area with bars and restaurants. We weren’t into that scene but we enjoyed the easy proximity to a great beach and grocery store and our own kitchen and beautiful view from the terrace. It was nice and quiet for us but easy to get to more night life if that’s what someone is looking for.

Im Jahr 2012 haben wir uns einem Traum mit dem Erwerb dieser Immobilie erfüllt. Mit viel Leidenschaft und Initiative vermieten wir diese traumhafte Wohnung seit vielen Jahren.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

Unsere Wohnung verfügt über eine optimale Lage in der Altstadt Albufeiras, direkt am Strand (Rarität, da Albufeira am Hang erbaut wurde und nur max. 2% aller Apartments über eine solche Strandnähe verfügen).
Der schöne Sandstrand ist nur ein Katzensprung vom Apartment entfernt. Das Meer hat an Albufeiras Sandstrand keine bis kaum Unterströmung, weshalb dieser Strandabschnitt auch gut für Kinder geeignet ist.
Nach einem entspannenden Tag am Meer oder an dem Gemeinschafts-Rooftop-Pool mit unglaublichem Meerblick, oder aber auch nach einem anstrengenden Golf- oder Wandertag, können Sie den Abend in der Altstadt Albufeiras ausklingen lassen. Die Altstadt bietet diverse Restaurants und Bars mit Livemusik.
Alle Attraktionen sind von der Wohnung aus innerhalb weniger Gehminuten erreichbar.
