We had a fantastic stay and cannot say enough wonderful things about this property! The home was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The lake was gorgeous, and we loved spending evenings around the fire pit, enjoying the fireplace, and gathering together to watch NFL games as a family.We especially appreciated being able to bring our German Shepherd, Leo.. Many “pet friendly” rentals have size or weight restrictions, which can make traveling difficult for families with large dogs. There are so many responsible owners with well-behaved large dogs who deserve the opportunity to enjoy a family vacation too. Leo is part of our family, and having him with us made this trip so special.The location was wonderful, especially being close to Ludington State Park, where we spent lots of time enjoying the beach and beautiful Lake Michigan with Leo.Nikki, the property manager, was also fantastic! She responded quickly whenever we had a question and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay.Thank you for sharing such a beautiful home and, especially, for truly welcoming our entire family — including our big four-legged member! We made wonderful memories here and would absolutely stay again.

Best lakehouse for quiet and family

Excellent beach and swimming area. Good fishing for the kids. Nothing big, but lots of success. Very quiet and peaceful. Comfortable beds. Beautiful house . We had 3 adults and 4 kids, and did not lack for space.

The house was spacious and the view was very nice. The house was mainly clean accept for the cobwebs/door areas. Old food in fridge, expired spices in cupboard. No dressers or nightstands in downstairs bedrooms - ceiling fan in room didn't work (no chain), no use of garage due to a needed repair. 1st floor got really hot and stuffy. We had to use a fan all day. Only 1 water floatie that was falling apart. We made adjustments and enjoyed our stay but would have enjoyed the items above for the price we were paying.

We're glad you enjoyed your stay at our property for the most part. We appreciate your feedback and will take it all into consideration. The fan in the bedroom now works and we've sorted through the expired condiments in the refrigerator. The garage door is on the schedule for repair, unfortunately we couldn't get them there until after our rental season. While we don't advertise that there are water flotation devices available, we will consider adding some along with nightstands/dressers in the main floor bedrooms. We would have been happy to adjust the thermostat to make the home more comfortable throughout your stay, all it takes is a quick text. Thanks again for your feedback. We are always willing to improve where needed to provide an expectational stay for our guests!

Great beach house

Easy check in. All items as listed. Great area for our family of 8, all adults. The beach has a sandy area for about 20’ out then it drops off. We fished from the dock and caught large/small mouth bass, perch and lots of bluegill. The hot tub was a fun perk. Only 20 minutes to Ludington.

Relaxing stay at beautiful property

Beautiful spot for a little getaway with our family. The house is updated, clean, and offers great space. Outdoor space is plenty - so nice to have spots to relax from deck to patio, fire out, hot tub, beach area and dock. Nice amenities in primary bath, laundry, kitchen stocked with what we needed to cook and clean. Our dog loved it here too with the ability to play in the water with the kids. Only tip is that it takes a bit to get to other areas you may want to visit, but that was fine for us - one day headed to Ludington State Park and another evening out for dinner, but otherwise enjoyed our time at the property. Thanks for having us!
