Awesome and extremely convenient surroundings. We're situated on Southbank Boulevard in Southbank. Just a stone's throw away from the Eureka Skydeck, Southgate Mall, Crown Casino, Melbourne Exhibition Centre and more.



We're also a 10min walk to Flinders St station.



Enjoy the premiere culture destination in Southbank. Visit the National Gallery of Victoria, Melbourne Recital Centre, the Australian Centre for Contemporary Art and more.



Experience city's finest restaurants include BearBrass on Southgate Ave, The Atlantic on Crown Towers, or a floating bar & restaurant called the Ponyfish Island.



There are tons of things to do in the city itself which are mostly a quick stroll away.

Getting Around:

Needless to say, surrounded by trams, cabs, buses, getting around is not going to be a problem at all.



Myki is the card you will need for all public transport. When using a Myki card, please remember to always have sufficient value for your journey as hefty on the spot fines apply if you travel without correct fare or do not "tap on." Trips are about $3.80 for a 2-hour journey, but it all depends on what zones you travel in, if you are a concession card holder and if you buy a day pass.



Myki cards can be topped up at any 7-11 Stores (7-Eleven Eureka Tower) or at many other shops that display the MYKI logo. MYKI machines are located at major tram stops, train stations and at convenience stores and news agents. Please be aware that cards can't be topped up on trams or trains any longer.



Flinders St station is only a 10min walk away from us via Sandridge bridge.



10min walk to Europcar South Melbourne. (56-58 Clarendon St, Southbank VIC 3006, Australia) if you need to rent a car.



If you drive, the nearest paid parking lot is available at “WILSON PARKING - EUREKA” - 70 City Rd, which is a 4min walk away from us. Alternatively you may look online for other suitable parking options.



If you just need to park your car temporarily for an hour or so, then you may observe the paid street parking signs around us.



Other Things to Note:

Key collection instructions will be sent after booking. Kindly share your estimated arrival time to help us prepare for your check-in.



This pad accommodates 2 adults generously but a max of 4 overnight. Any more than 2 adult guests overnight will attract an extra AU$29 per night, per additional guest.



The sleeping arrangement for the 3rd and 4th adult would be on a 3-seater sofa bed which folds out to a queen.
