This property is also 10 minutes from the Branson Landing with some of the best shopping in the area, as well as 20 minutes from Silver Dollar City and very close to College of the Ozarks and Big Cedar. This Emerald Pointe Condo features 2 king sized bedrooms and a room with two twins. Each bedroom has a television. The living area has a sleeper sofa, so there is plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably in the 3 bedrooms and the sleeper sofa. Perfect for couples with extended family or grandparents.

There are three full bathrooms in the Yacht Club condo at Emerald Pointe which is so nice when getting ready for a show or dinner.

Fully equipped kitchen

The kitchen is ready for all your meals, whether a quick breakfast or a full spread. You'll find all you need: silverware, several small appliances, pans, dishes and more. The dining area has a bar height table that sits 6 and there is also bar seating at the kitchen bar. Lots of great space to share a meal together and discuss the days activities, or sit around and play a board game. The spacious sunroom also has a dining area that accomodates 6 and a great sitting area to read a book or visit. The open floor plan means those in the kitchen are still in the conversation with everyone in the living area and dining room. The washer and dryer in the condo will let you pack lightly too.

Living Areas

After you have spent the day down by the lake, gather everyone for a board game or a movie in this great living area! It has a sofa and loveseat so plenty of nice space to gather. The living area has a sleeper sofa and flat screen tv, so it can easily serve as a third sleeping area.

When you want some more space or some fresh air, step out to the enclosed sunroom. There are sliding doors to the sunroom off the living area and also access from the master bedroom. It has a sitting area as well as an eating area. Perfect for spending time with family.

There's so much to do in the Branson area: 100's of live theatre and music shows, dining, shopping, amusement parks, outdoor recreation and more. This property is close to everything you could want, 10 minutes to the Branson Strip, 10 minutes to the Branson Landing and 20 minutes to Silver Dollar City. This is a gated community and you will be required to supply the license plate for every vehicle to enter. The marina is right next door with a courtesy dock during the day. There is no trailer parking at the condo. You can make reservations for trailer/boat parking at the Branson Bay Marina or you can reserve a slip at State Park Marina - a 5 min drive by car or boat. The condo complex also has a pool and a grilling area, there are no grills allowed at the condo but there are grocery stores in Hollister to help you plan that perfect dinner. Remember, you are just a ten minute drive from the Branson Landing and all the best attractions and shows but in a beautiful quiet neighborhood.
