Diese 3-Zimmer-Wohnung verfügt über neue Kingsize-Betten mit 3 Vollbädern und einem Queen-Schlafsofa. Der Wintergarten bietet zusätzlichen Platz und Spiele zur Entspannung nach einem anstrengenden Tag am See oder anderen Aktivitäten in Branson.

* Der Wintergarten ist bis auf weiteres wegen Wartungsproblemen vorübergehend geschlossen. *

Es gibt zwei neue Schaukelstühle im Wohnzimmer und eine neue Schlafsofa. Die voll ausgestattete Küche erleichtert die Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten und fühlt sich fast wie zu Hause.

Es befindet sich in der Emerald Pointe Gated Community und im Kronjuwel des Table Rock Lake.

Es gibt einen Swimmingpool und ein Shuffleboard in der Anlage und nur wenige Schritte entfernt.

This was a great place to stay. There was 6 of us and we had plenty of room. It was a quiet area away from the hustle of Branson. It was super easy to find. It is in a beautiful gated community. I highly recommend you use the option to scan your licenses plate to enter the property. It made it so much easier. The property manager, Kim, is absolutely one of the best at communicating with you.

Short getaway

Beautiful condo!! Lots of room, very comfortable supportive beds, and three bathrooms also. It was absolutely perfect. The recliners were a godsend as our brother in law requires one to rest. We cooked and looked out at the lake and enjoyed relaxing besides taking in attractions in Branson. Good time!

Recently redecorated and very nice. Very convenirnt for older persons... few steps

This property was very well decorated and homey. The lay out was ideal for our group of six as we socialized played some of the provided games and enjoyed many sporting events on the great TVs. The heating system worked quietly and efficient and we enjoyed very quiet nights for good sleeping. Parking was right in front of the condo and the condo was very clean and well supplied..

Beautiful condo on Table Rock Lake

The condo was very nice. We had a great family weekend and enjoyed cooking, playing games, watching movies, hanging out by the pool and boating on Table Rock Lake. Would recommend this condo to anyone. The owner Kim is very nice and answered any questions we had either on the phone or through text messaging. She always responded very quickly.

Nice spot!

The condo is nice and clean. The kitchen is a little tight, but did the job! Well stocked with dishes and utensils. The location was great! Easy to get to Sight and Sound for the show, but also close to the lake. Family stayed in a condo nearby. The only thing we had any trouble with was figuring out the code to get through the gate. I missed the email in my junk mail, so I wish there had just been a code listed with the house code and wifi passwords. Other than that, no complaints!

Loved it!

The condo was clean, great that it was a walk in, no steps. The kitchen was a little tight with the laundry placement but it worked. The screened in porch was enjoyable for both the kids and adults (minus the neighbors below that were loud and smoking. We had to time it right to be out when they weren't--- but what can you do?) The bedrooms were decent sized and we love that each had its own bathroom. Wish the other two bedrooms had ceiling fans like the master. Look forward to staying here again!

Great location - beautiful 3 bedroom condo on Table Rock Lake

This condo is immaculate. Enjoyed our family time by playing games, boating on Table Rock Lake, watching movies and cooking at the condo.The pool at the club house overlooks the lake and has a beautiful view. Also this condo has a boat slip for use. We rented a boat from Table Rock State Park Marina which is extremely close to the condo by land and water. Also went into Branson to play golf and have a fun family evening of go-karts, playing putt putt golf and couldn't pass up the ice cream at Andy's. Far enough away to not have to deal with all the people and traffic of Branson, but close enough to hop on over and partake in the shows or activities of the strip if you want. Made for a great family weekend. Lastly, the owner, Kim was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. Our stay was wonderful and we would highly recommend this property.

Really nice property.

The location of the property was perfect. It was clean and very well stocked. A little noise due to construction in the unit above us but they quit at a good time. The only issues I had was a personal one. I have issues with my joints. The tubs, especially in the master bath were hard to get in and out of. Grab bars would really help. Also if you are looking for a gated community, this isn’t one. The security bar going in is up all the time. All in all, this is a very nice rental and I enjoyed my stay.

The inside of the condo could be a little cleaner. The view of the lake is blocked by trees, so there is no view in this unit.

Thanks for your review. I am sorry to hear the condo wasn't as clean as you would have liked it to be. My normal housekeeper didn't clean the day you checked in. We had another fill in for her. You can see the lake it's just not the best. Didn't you look at the pictures when you booked? In the winter you can see it better. The Branson Getaway

The process from beginning to end was extremely easy and there were no surprises. We got the space we were expecting and the location was wonderful. I did notify the owner of some roofing being done during our stay and Kim was prompt in her response. Overall a great experience and I would definitely utilize this condo in the future!

Nice, but a few problems.

Overall this is a nice condo with nice furnishings, however when we arrived, first thing that greeted us was a notice on the front door warning us not to use the screened in porch deck as it apparently was in danger of collapse, and that if we stepped out there we would be responsible for damage. We missed are usual morning coffee and reading on the deck. Next, we were told there were ceiling fans in all the rooms, but there were actually only two fans in total, one in the living room and master bedroom of this three bedroom unit. Lastly, ( having visited Branson almost yearly for the last 40 some years), this is the first condo we rented that before we left , the beds had to be stripped, all linens collected and and washed, and if time permitted to be dried. This policy appears to be part of the conditions of the security deposit return agreement. In closing, I will say that the Emerald Point area has been our favorite location on the lake to stay during our visits to the Branson area.

I don't think you stayed with us because you put Oct 8,19 as your arrival date. Also we don't have in our check out procedure list anything about taking linens off the beds. We actually tell our guests to please leave linens on the beds so our housekeeper knows which beds the sheets go to. We only ask our guests to start a load of towels in the wash. Another thing we do not mention ceiling fans being in all the bedrooms only the master bedroom and the living room have ceiling fans. Sorry you must had stayed somewhere else in Emerald Bay. The good...1) 3 bdr and overall space 2) boat slip and quiet clean dock 4) sun room spacious and provided area for kids 5) mattress replacements very comfortable 6) furnishings The bad... 1) EXTREMELY noisy from unit above no soundproofing 2) uncomfortable bed pillows 3) trailer parking fee not represented in the listing 4) front room bath tub didn’t drain We would stay there again. We are really happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay. I am glad you were satisfied with everything that you would stay again. We haven't had any complaints in a long time with condo above us. We willcheck into the pillows. We bought all new pillows in the spring. The boat slip is included with the condo rental. I wish the marina didn't have to charge for trailer parking but I hope you mentioned the code to get the discount that I explained in your email when you booked. Wonderful place for spending time with family!

It was just perfect! The condo was so well stocked. We only needed to bring our food. The update and decor were very well done. We look forward to staying there again.
