Not far from the must-see sites such as the castle of Brézé, the amazing troglodytes of La Sablière and the beautiful cities of Angers and Saumur, this 55 m² pied-à-terre with a shared swimming pool is the ideal place for a stay with family or friends!
You will have a living room, an equipped kitchenette, a bedroom, a shower room as well as a south-facing terrace with a table to enjoy the breathtaking view of the nearby vineyards! Bed linen and towels included.

The accommodation is composed as follows:

Day area:
- A bright and fitted living room with a sitting area equipped with a double sofa bed, a TV as well as a dining area with a dining table for up to 4 guests and with direct access to the terrace.
- A modern kitchen, open to the living room and fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker.
- A storeroom equipped with a washing machine and a large fridge-freezer will allow you to store your shopping.

Night space:
- A bedroom with a double bed and a cupboard.
- A shower room with an Italian shower, a large basin, storage space, a hairdryer, a heated towel rail and a toilet.

Outside :
- A 20 m² terrace facing south and accessible from the living room with a garden table and a barbecue. Enjoy beautiful summer evenings contemplating the neighbouring vineyards!

Common exteriors :
- A swimming pool (shared, not heated) of 8mx4mx1.5m, available from May to October depending on weather conditions (opening dates not contractual).

The surroundings
A real haven of peace, this gite is in the heart of a vineyard planted with Chenin grapes on the edge of the hamlet of La Tourette belonging to the town of Saix (1.2km).
We are in the middle of nature with a breathtaking view on the border of the Maine et Loire and the Vienne.
We are next to the forest of Fontevraud, 6 km from the abbey where the bakery is located.

Activities :
Discover the rich heritage of the Maine et Loire, between emblematic monuments and wine estates as far as the eye can see, let your desires guide you! Start with the discovery of the Troglos de la Sablières which will plunge you for a moment into an amazing place, artistic and full of history. Then, take a diversion to the charming town of Doué la Fontaine before learning more about the wines of the Loire by taking part in a visit to an estate and a tasting of the region's jewels!
If you want to get a bit of height, go for a first flight or a microlight tour and admire the splendid plain landscapes that are available to you!

Golf, cycling, mountain biking, hiking, AOC Appellation Contrôlée SAUMUR wine tasting, goat's cheese (melon and asparagus country), visits to castles, the Fontevraud Royal Abbey Museum, the Saumur Armoured Corps Museum, etc.

- Access to the accommodation is allowed for installation and departure from the gite. However, please park your car in the alley with the two lions.
