Our newly remodeled pool home invites you to a private oasis, just steps away from the pristine beaches of Rum Point, the serene cove of Kaibo, and the enchanting Starfish Point. Indulge in the luxury of private living with Kai Baby's spacious rear sun deck, new pool and cabana with outdoor kitchen, beverage cooler, pool bath, a delightful dining area with lounge chairs, and a beach sand yard for carefree play. The waterfront beckons you to swim or paddleboard in crystal-clear waters. Explore the surroundings on our provided bikes – start your day with a leisurely coffee at Kaibo and end it with a breathtaking sunset at Rum Point.
Kai Baby, fully renovated in 2022, boasts a stylish interior with brand-new furnishings. The well-equipped kitchen features a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with an ice maker, a KDou Combo coffee maker for carafe or K-cup use, a microwave, blender, range, and toaster. The living room and both bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs connected to wifi, complemented by cable TV for additional entertainment along with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi.
Immerse yourself in the beautiful pool which will finish construction in August 2024, enjoy the beauty of our waters with complimentary watercraft, including an adult-size full paddleboard, two adult kayaks, a junior kayak, and a junior paddleboard. Life vests ensure safety during your aquatic adventures. To explore the charm of Rum Point, take advantage of our two adult bikes and two junior bikes.
For your peace of mind, Kai Baby features a comprehensive security system, including a Ring Alarm system, Ring Doorbell camera, and a Ring security camera above the rear door. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities at Kai Baby – your home away from home.

- A refundable $500 Security Deposit is required and returned less than 14 days after vacancy pending any damages
- A signed waiver will be required for use of water sports equipment
- 13% Occupancy Tax added to all rates
- $35 Resort Fee per night is required

We had a great stay!! Everything was better than expected. The area is wonderful and walkability is great. The pool and dock are lovely! Lee and Tamara are great hosts! If adults are planning on using the bedroom with the bunks I recommend one sleeping in the main bunk and one on the pull out bed on the ground. The mattresses are VERY soft! We will be back!

This is a great little house that is well stocked with kitchen utensils and sharp knives, also lots of spices.There are kayaks to use in the back yard channel and/or the bioluminescence bay that is right across the street. It is very close to rum point with has a great beach and some really nice restaurants. But if you want the really blue nice water you should go to 7-mile beach area near Georgetown. But this area is much quieter... is a really lovely place to stay. Highly recommend!! Also, the beds are sooooo comfortable, and the place has good internet and a washer and dryer.

Truly a beautiful house and location. A short drive from the hustle and bustle of George Town, the house has everything you would need for a relaxing Cayman vacation. Pool is clean and great to cool off from the heat, and the beds are super comfy. Perfect jumping off spot for diving, paddleboarding, or just lazy beach day.

Just the nice quiet stay we needed

Amazing vacation

perfect place for us

The house is in a very quiet area but there is Rum Point and Starfish point nearby. It was clean and well equipped and a very pleasant place to stay. Rum Point is a quiet part of the island which we loved since we are not resort people. They had kayaks, bikes and a stand up paddle board for us to use. We had a great time here!

A Caribbean home away from home cozy and quiet experience.

Love the location, the home is cozy and well appointed with a nice Caribbean vibe. Lots of toys to play on in and around the property. Conveniently located just minutes away from Rum Point Club which is a great place for a meal and to enjoy the beautiful views. Great location

We really loved the laid back vibe of rum point. The location of the house is great. We walked to rum point to get an excursion to stingray city, enjoyed the beach and lounge chairs. Took the bikes down the road to starfish point. The house had everything we needed. We kayaked the bio bay right across the street. We definitely recommend going to Tukka for dinner, it was great. We absolutely would stay here again.

Tranquility at its finest!

First let me start off by saying the hosts were absolutely amazing! They communicated everything so well. The house itself is so well decorated and cozy and well stocked. However it's the outside that really shines. The pool area is amazing day and night. The dock by the water was a perfect way to end the evening and do a little stargazing. This is of course after cooking or dining at one of the local restaurants. There are bikes, paddle boards and kayaks available for the more qctive. What an amazing experience overall. Great VRBO on Rum Point

If you want a peaceful setting this VRBO at Rum Point is a great place to stay. The home had everything we needed and more. We rode the bikes multiple times to take us to a near by beach or to a near by restaurant. It is close to a small market where you can get the needed items. Lots of great restaurants either close by or within a 30 min drive. The owners were very responsive if we had a need or question. Would definitely stay here again.

Very Special Island Retreat

My husband and I just returned from a week of staying at Kai Baby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was tidy and comfortable. We used the kayaks and the stand-up paddleboard several times, both in the water behind the house and across the street in the bio bay. Having our own pool was wonderful, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We took advantage of the nearby Rum Point Beach and Resort, which had awesome snorkeling right off the beach. This was our 5th time visiting the Cayman Islands. We prefer being on the quiet side of the island versus high rises and lots of traffic. I would not hesitate to book this property again.

Great stay

Great stay in Grand Cayman. Walking distance to Rum Point, Starfish beach and short distance by boat to Sting Ray City. Great communication with host. The house was spotless and had every item you could possibly need. My boys enjoyed the bunk beds and games. We spent a lot of time exploring the island so we really only spent our nights at Kai Baby. Will definitely return in the future for another stay.

Perfect island “home away from home”

Kai Baby and the Rum Point neighborhood set the stage for a relaxing and fun family vacation. The home was perfectly outfitted for our family of three and we loved having access to the bikes and kayaks.
