It is located within easy walking/riding distance to parks, beaches and shops. On and off-street parking is available. Buses to and from Torquay and Geelong (Number 50 or 51). Closest train station 15km away (Waurn Ponds station) for V/Line train Geelong- Melbourne. Torquay is 1 hour 30 mins by car from Melbourne.
