A self contained apartment, situated on the upper level of a residential home. The apartment has been purposefully built into the home by architects and set up perfectly for guests. The owners live on the property but you'll love the sense of privacy and beautiful space they have created. with its own private entrance and staircase, the bed is incredibly comfortable & welcoming!

The apartment has a feel of luxury, with lovely touches throughout, you'll feel tucked away and right at home in our beautiful space.

A split system provides heating and cooling, in addition there is also a wall panel heater and a ceiling fan.

You will have access to the entire self contained apartment -however parking is free street parking, not on the driveway for the main house.

Please note we take a Pre-Authorization Bond of $500 24hrs before you check-out, this is held in your bank account and not taken out. Once the property is checked for damage or missing items the bond will be realised 7 days after check-out.
