ADDITIONAL INFORMATION- This single-story home requires 1 exterior step to enter - The hot tub is not available for guest use - Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras. These cameras are outward facing and do not look into any interior spaces. Camera 1 is located on the front door facing the front entry, and camera 2 is located on the front of the home facing the driveway. The cameras record video and audio when motion is detected- Guests use the pool at their own risk and agree to indemnify the owner, heirs, and assigns from all liabilities and legal fees. All toys and equipment (including leaf nets) must be removed prior to departure; a $200 fee applies if a service call is needed to retrieve items from the pool floor.- This home uses a septic system. Do not put food scraps down the sink or use the disposal for grinding. Only flush toilet paper.
