Despite being only a short walking distance to Ponsonby’s amazing restaurants, shopping and nightlife or short commute to Auckland’s harbour front & downtown with the famous Sky Tower, you’ll actually find this a quiet escape, surrounded by some greenery.

The Space:
There are 3 spacious bedrooms on the first floor, one with an ensuite. The main bathroom is also located on that floor.
The kitchen opens to the back of the house where there’s a large deck.

Downstairs, a spacious and cozy living room is the perfect spot to read a book, watch a movie or play games. It has an office space as well
There is a bedroom with an ensuite on that floor, as well as the laundry room.
The outdoor patio is fully fenced and set up with multiple games and a turf area, perfectly safe for kids to play.
Note the house has a no party rule and maximum guest is 8. We have outdoor CCTV for extra security and safety.

Please note the outside storage shed around the back under the house is off limits to guests.

Getting Around:
Very close to motorway on and off ramps to SH1, ride-share services are available and is on a main arterial bus route right in to the heart of the city centre.
