Charming Villa nestled away in the city centre
Summary:
Enjoy this 1900's renovated villa that blends heritage with comfort. An entertainer's home, flowing across two levels where you can enjoy the upstairs open flow or descend to the coziness of the lower level for lounging or some outdoor fun.
Despite being only a short walking distance to Ponsonbyâs amazing restaurants, shopping and nightlife or short commute to Aucklandâs harbour front & downtown with the famous Sky Tower, youâll actually find this a quiet escape, surrounded by some greenery.
The Space:
There are 3 spacious bedrooms on the first floor, one with an ensuite. The main bathroom is also located on that floor.
The kitchen opens to the back of the house where thereâs a large deck.
Downstairs, a spacious and cozy living room is the perfect spot to read a book, watch a movie or play games. It has an office space as well
There is a bedroom with an ensuite on that floor, as well as the laundry room.
The outdoor patio is fully fenced and set up with multiple games and a turf area, perfectly safe for kids to play.
Note the house has a no party rule and maximum guest is 8. We have outdoor CCTV for extra security and safety.
Guest Access:
You will have full access to the property during your stay. Enjoy!
Please note the outside storage shed around the back under the house is off limits to guests.
