Beautiful property, lots of space. Private and quiet also close to shopping malls. The basketball and soccor is so good to keep kids entertained. Nice to sit in the spa in the morning and listen to the birds.

Awesome getaway

Booked this for my 18 year old daughter and her friends for an overnight stay. They absolutely loved the place which was spacious and had plenty to do for them. Would highly recommend!

The house the pool and the outdoors area are truly amazing, it’s an ideal place for a weekend with friends or family.However the place wasn't very clean, especially the fridge and the floors (we found a fake nail, chewing gum packaging and things like that in the living room and in the bedrooms). There wasn't many dishes available, especially cutlery. Also the spa that is advertised and is in one of the pictures wasn't available to use. And the host never sent me the check in instructions, i had to ask for it, as well as for the wifi password, the place where they kept the barbecue and the gas bottle for it, etc.So the place is truly great but not that clean, and the lack of communication from the host was really not ideal.

Great little getaway

This place is perfect for family and friends, but for me it was a little getaway for my workers. Nicely hidden and have full privacy without the noise of busy roads, really feels like a getaway. Had our staff party here and this place had it all. Kitchen was perfect for cooking a large feast, staff had a blast running a couple games on the mini soccer pitch and basketball court, then cooling off in the pool and finally winding down in the evening next to the hot tub. Definitely brining my family here next so they can experience what we had with our staff. If I could give more stars I would. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to relax and wind down.

Underwhelming

We were really looking forward to our stay, but unfortunately the experience was underwhelming. The property was not as clean as we expected—it felt like it hadn’t been properly prepared for guests, which made settling in difficult.I had to reach out a few hours before check-in to request instructions, as none had been provided in advance. On arrival, we found the spa cold and unclean, dust was noticeable throughout the property. Only one towel per guest was supplied for a three-night stay. We also had to call the property manager to figure out how to operate the gas stovetop as it had run out. At that point, we were informed that water could only be used for 10 minutes at a time before it would shut off—something that was never mentioned in the listing or check-in information (there was no check in information supplied).While the property has potential, better communication, clearer instructions, and improved cleanliness would make a significant difference.

Horrible hosts

I was was harassed as soon as I reached the property, the hosts cause me so much unnecessary stress in regards to how I arrived to the property unaware of my reasoning for renting the property in the first place I won’t get in to to much detail, let’s just say it was mental health reasons. Which they refused to accept, then proceeded to harass me further, under their own assumptions which,Which lead to them arrive with the police the next morning to the property. The facility’s provided were well below average the bbq had no gas bottle the wifi was not connected to the tv, the spa pool was not full and which made it unusable, the water stopped working half way threw the vist the cameras on the property where very very intrusive. All in all what was ment to be a well-being break for my family and I turned out to be a horrible nightmare. I do not recommend staying there at all.

We booked Dene Court Villa specifically because the Bookabach listing clearly states “Parties and events are allowed on site - Maximum attendees: 80,” with no mention of needing to request approval. That was a key reason for choosing and paying for this property.An hour and a half after we had checked in, we received a “house rules” message from the host saying “No parties or events without prior approval.” This rule had never been disclosed before arrival. We immediately called the host for clarification, but instead of a clear explanation, he gave vague answers and implied it was our fault for not informing him earlier.Under pressure to move forward, we were forced to pay an extra 1,035 on top of the booking cost to keep our event plans. The next morning, we called again to clarify and received the same evasive responses, along with lectures about “common sense” despite the fact that this requirement was never listed on the site or communicated beforehand.Overall, the experience felt misleading, unprofessional, and unnecessarily stressful. The property itself may be nice, but the lack of transparency and poor handling of communication left a bad impression.
