The Space:

This lovely gated resort offers a safe and peaceful retreat. The spacious property is one of the largest in Coral Cay Resort, measuring 1704 sqft. Enjoy a luxurious king-size master bedroom upstairs with an en-suite bathroom, and a comfortable queen bedroom downstairs with a full bathroom. Upstairs, you'll also find a girl’s room and a boy’s room, each with four twin beds sharing a bathroom. The second floor features a 5th bedroom with a queen bed.



Relax in the living room with a 48" LED TV, and each bedroom is equipped with a 32" TV for your entertainment. Stay connected with free high-speed WiFi. Gather around the large dining table with six seats, or use the smaller table with four seats for games, meals, or meetings.



The fully equipped kitchen has all the high-quality cookware and dining ware you'll need. Step outside to the screened patio with a soothing hot tub, overlooking beautiful water views in a very quiet area.



For families, there’s a highchair, Pack ’n Play, stroller, and stairs fence to ensure safety and comfort. The home also features a washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, and cozy bedding with extra blankets and towels. Our management team provides the first roll of toilet paper, hand soap, and initial trash bags in each bathroom—their standard policy does not include detergent or dish liquid.



Check-in is simple with a door code, and you can arrive anytime after 4Pm. Enjoy free on-site parking and friendly support from our local management company throughout your stay. Can't wait to host you!

Our townhouse is ideally situated near the main attractions, with Disney World and Universal Studios both just a short drive away. Within a few minutes' drive, you'll find a wide array of dining options along US-192, catering to all tastes and preferences. From casual dining to special occasion restaurants, you're sure to find something to satisfy your cravings. Several shopping centers and essential services are also conveniently located nearby. The neighborhood itself is part of a peaceful and secure gated resort community, offering a relaxing retreat after a day of fun.



Getting Around:

Our Kissimmee townhouse offers easy access to transportation. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately 25 minutes away by car. While public transportation options like buses are available with stops near the resort, we suggest using ride-sharing services (Uber/Lyft) or renting a car for maximum convenience when visiting the theme parks and attractions. Complimentary parking is provided on-site for three vehicles. Remember, street parking is not allowed within the community.

*BOOKING YOUR STAY* We’re excited to welcome you! Just a quick note: you need to be at least 21 years old to make a reservation with us. Please have a valid ID ready when you check in. If you don't have your ID, we won't be able to complete your booking. *BEFORE CHECKING IN* To help us prepare for your visit, please send us a complete guest list with everyone’s first and last names by 5 PM EST at least 24 hours before you arrive. If we don’t have this, we won't be able to give you access to the resort. *HOT TUB HEATER* There is an additional fee for adding the hot tub heater. It can take up to 24 hours to heat up, so please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival if you’d like to add this to your stay. *IMPORTANT INFORMATION* - You need to be 21 or older to book with us. - We love a good time, but parties aren't permitted. - Sorry, no pets allowed. - We kindly request that you do not smoke indoors. Thank you for your cooperation. - Remember to request the hot tub heater if you'd like to use it. - There’s a small $10 fee for deliveries. - Just a reminder: USPS doesn’t ship to our address, and we can’t take responsibility for packages left unattended.
