Upscale 4 Bedroom/3 Bath Lakefront Condo @ Bridges Bay Resort with Amazing View

Welcome to our fully furnished 1700 sq ft 4 bedroom/3 bathroom condo at Bridges Bay Resort on East Lake Okoboji. This is one of just a few four-bedroom units at the resort and sleeps 10 comfortably. This unit is lakefront with exceptional unobstructed views of the lake! From the moment you walk-in, you will experience breathtaking views of Lake Okoboji and upscale furnishings to provide a contemporary yet comfortable experience perfect for family vacations or a couples getaway weekend! In contrast to the cabins that are behind the resort, the condos are lakefront and very close to all the resort amenities. In addition to the views, this condo is centered around outdoor living with a private and protected large 375 sq ft. balcony equipped with plenty of lounging patio and outdoor dining furniture to accommodate meals overlooking the lake.

Conveniently, there is an outdoor pool right next to this condo that guests can access during their stay. The rental includes six daily water park passes at Bridges Bay Indoor/Outdoor Waterpark with additional passes available to purchase at the resort. The unit is within the newest building at the resort built in 2022 that is very close to the multiple onsite restaurants, the indoor/outdoor waterpark, off-site destinations, and a large dock system for swimming, fishing, and boating. The resort also has a stocked fishing pond, zipline, fitness center, arcade, playground, basketball court, etc. It's close to the great biking/running trails throughout Okoboji. The condo has wifi and smart tv's throughout with access to streaming services.

If you are planning on bringing your boat, there is a parking lot at the resort for boats/trailers. Additionally, this is conveniently located in the building closest to the off-site boat ramp. You can also rent boat slips through the resort.

Beautiful, clean and roomy condo. The perfect place for my family to gather. We had room to spread out but plenty of space to hang out with each other. The deck was a great space to drink your morning coffee. The lake view was great and the sunsets were gorgeous. Would definitely book again if we are in the area.

Okoboji Condo July 2025 rental (with awesome view)

Spent four nights with family in this lakeside condo at Bridges Bay. The condo itself was set up nicely and in good shape. Plenty of amenities and supplies. Rugs could have used some cleaning and the Blackstone needed to be cleaned prior to our use. Check in and out was slick. I understand this time of year spiders are everywhere outside but knocking down cobwebs would have been appreciated. Overall, a very nice stay. Not a reflection on this condo, but elevator was out when checking in and had to schlepp provisons up a flight of steps. Two family members stayed in the Bridges Bay Hotel. Never again. That place is horrible.

Beautiful Condo but Not Clean

This condo was not cleaned well at well. The wall boards were dusty as were the lamps. Mirrors were not clean. Most of all, the deck and furniture outside were covered with dirt and spider webs. There was no broom in the condo so we had to buy one in order to clean off the outside deck and furniture. This is an upscale property that is not maintained well. The toilet paper holder was pulled out from the wall. I communicated all of these issues with the owner but she did not respond.

We'll be back!

We met my adult children and their spouses at Okoboji and stayed at Bridges Bay in a rental Condo. Our hostess went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. The unit was very well equipped, and the location was convenient as well. There is so much to do in the area, we needed a few more days to take it all in. We'll definitely be back! A great time was had by all.

Awesome condo!

Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. We made a last minute decision to stay here for five days and nights. We know the area well, and liked that it was right on the water. I am kind of a rookie at VRBO and Cassity, the property manager was extremely helpful. She communicated with me numerous times on Christmas Day to make this happen. She was patient, thorough and helpful. Every step of the was was laid out for us. We arrived and everything inside the condo. was perfect. It was clean and beautiful! There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Every bedroom is stocked with extra blankets and pillows. The first bedroom is on the right as you walk in. It is a bunkbed with double mattresses. Also on the right side is a full bathroom and then another bathroom with a toilet and a sink. On the left side are two rooms. The first has a queen bed. The second had two double beds and a T.V. mounted on the wall. The condo. as a whole had three T.V.'s. Every room had a nice big closet as well. The master bedroom also has a T.V. as well as a big bathroom and huge closet area. The kitchen and living room were adjoined and had a beautiful open layout. There was a huge T.V. above a remote control fireplace. The kitchen had everything we needed and even included some games and puzzles. The deck was large. It had two entrances.The deck included chairs, a picnic table, a large propane grill and a small fire pit. This place was beautiful, clean and had everything! Thank you Cassity!

Family time in Okaboji

My family and just spent a few days in Okaboji. Our condo was beautiful and met all expectations. I appreciated all the things available to use. We brought all of it ourselves but great for families who don’t. For example, metal sticks for s’mores, so many games, extra blankets, coffee and more. I would definitely recommend our condo.
