This property is best suited for:
*Single occupant
*Someone who has no need to use the extremely small washer/dryer combo
*Or someone who doesn’t mind spending hours washing a very small load (ie; socks, 1 tshirt, 1 pair of shorts. Exaggerated, but barely)
*Guests who booked after the listing was corrected to remove the, "on site parking available" claim
*Anyone who can sleep through sirens (police station across the street) and late night street noise until 4AM
The location is nice. Close to the beach and great restaurants. The unit itself was clean and well organized, so some positives. For a single person who meets the criteria above, this property could work.
For anyone outside that scope, you'll be dissapointed. As a family of 4, we had a very difficult stay. Unlike other STR's I'm familiar with, there were no extra linens available and no practical way to properly wash and dry them. The washer/dryer combo is extremely small and inefficient. It took 4 wash cycles to clean 2 days’ worth of beach clothes, and even then the clothes did not fully dry.
Despite this, the owner required us to pay for new linens when a bed needed clean sheets, knowing the washer/dryer was not a realistic option. We also experienced delayed responses from the property management team, which disrupted plans multiple times.
Overall, this was a rough stay for our family. I recommend this property only to someone who clearly fits the criteria above. Everyone else should look elsewhere.
