We welcome you to our beautiful & cozy house with 3 bed / 2.5 bath. This home has all the amenities necessary for your family and friends to spend a precious and memorable vacation in Orlando.
This wonderful home is located on the community Fiesta Key, just a few minutes from Disney and conveniently located to visit all the major restaurants, super stores and shopping outlets.

The open concept floor plan allows everyone to be together, whether you are hanging out watching TV or cooking up some delicious meals in equipped kitchen.

The bedroom configuration:

Bedroom 1: 2 Full size beds
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen size bed
Bedroom 3: 1 King size bed

The property has a RING doorbell, central air conditioning throughout, free Wi-Fi, TV in all the bedrooms. There is a laundry room, washer and dryer with ironing facilities.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

STARTER SUPPLIES: The following starter supplies are provided in the unit upon your arrival: 2 trash bags, 1 small dish detergent, 1 dishwashing capsule, 1 paper towel. Each bathroom will have: 1 small bar soap, 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 toilet roll.

TRASH PICKUP: There isn't valet garbage pickup at the community, the guest is responsible for taking their trash to the garbage dumpster located at the end of the street.

Check out: 10 am.

You can't smoke inside the house or open the windows. In case of non-compliance, a $300 fine will be charged.

Pet Weight max 35 lbs. / Maximum 1. Pet Fee Charge Additional: $95 + tax.
Any damages caused by the Guest's pet to the property during the staying it's Guest's responsibility and are processed or requested after booking.

policy, as well as both Guests and Hosts safety.
