Port A getaway

My husband and I, plus numerous other members of my extended family, have been enjoying this condo for years now. There's plenty of room for all of us; plus the condo is always clean when we arrive, and the complex overall if very nice. The view is terrific and we always enjoy spending time here!

What a View!

We had such a great time! We appreciated the stocked kitchen, comfy beds, plenty of seating for dining and lounging, the 6 chairs on the balcony, the collapsible glass sliding doors to the balcony along with binoculars and the view! Thank you for allowing us to stay in you home!

Beautiful & peaceful

This was an awesome girls trip I took this year, the place was beautiful & so close to the water. The hot tub was fun at night & this condo is so close to everything it is so delightful. We made all our meals in the well equipped kitchen & everything was wonderful. Thanks.

We have stayed at this condo for over 8 years now. What I like best about our stay at this particular condo is I always know it will be clean and is extremely well kept. The view to the beach and pool down below is awesome and very relaxing. I recommend this condo to all my friends and family.

Great Views From Balcony

The Aransas Princess is a great location and has lots of great amenities. There was some ongoing construction so the restrooms near the upper pool and hot tub were not available for use, but the improvements will make the property even nicer when completed.

We had a wonderful stay at the Aransas Princess Condominiums. The check-in was easy and pleasant, the facility was very clean and had its own boardwalk directly to the beach. It is only a short distance from town and shopping. The view from the condo's balcony, while not 180 degrees, was broad enough to view and hear and surf.

Comfortable, convenient home away from home

In all my years, I have never stay at the Aransas Princess. What a secret oasis! Two king bedrooms were a nice surprise and the kitchen was very well equipped. A great living/dining area for everyone to gather. Although I did not step out on the balcony (fear of heights), the view and breezes were amazing! The facilities were wonderful, including two pools and a 24-hour front desk.

Great girl friends beach trip!

We are a group of close girl friends who have stayed together through thick and thin over 25 years. We are all now grandmothers but still enjoy our once a year beach trip. This rental was perfect for a very enjoyable, comfortable vacation. The owner responded quickly to any question or concern I had. LUXURY ON THE BEACH!

I have stayed at this fabulous condo many times over the years! What can I say? Fabulous view of the beach, nice balcony to relax on! Ample cooking supplies and love the split floor plan. 2 pools, boardwalk to the beach, tennis, sunset views! My goodness. Always clean, priced right and we will return!

Beautiful view

The view was beautiful, beds very comfy, property clean, front desk very friendly. Only problems there was no extra toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, or dishwasher soap. Also the main curtain to the beach deck was not functioning. We followed all house rules and washed all used linens before we left and removed all trash. We really enjoyed ourselves!!! Pools are great.

Home Away from Home

What a relaxing weekend! We really felt like we were a guest in someone's home. The kitchen was very well equipped and we were really thankful to have the ice machine! Our teenagers were happy to have wifi, but we found that the best reception was on or near the balcony due to the thick brick walls of the building. We loved having the big dining room table for playing family games in the evenings. The beds were very comfortable and the shower in the master bedroom is very nice. We will definitely be coming back!

Great view, right on beach

Loved being right on the beach, nice big condo, however a little dark b/c one screen was broken and could not be retracted. Also a little disconcerting -- home owner left a number of family pictures up. Disconcerting to be changing clothes and look up to see a number of faces appearing to watch you.

Wonderful

This is a wonderful place to stay! I was impressed with the room that had a King bed and Bunk beds in the same room. I assumed there would be no room to move around but I was pleasantly surprised there was. The master bedroom King Bed was very comfortable! The new remote control blinds are fantastic! All condos should get these! While I was sitting out on the balcony I got to watch a Wedding on the beach with my binoculars, sure glad I remembered them. I also got to see about 20 ships which was a nice surprise because at the Seagull I would rarely see any. Looking forward to coming back next spring or next fall.

Great Stay!

Our first stay at the Aransas Princess was over the Labor Day weekend. Would have given 5 stars but for the terrible internet access (issue is that the building is block construction and facility wifi signal doesn't penetrate indoors very well). Beach was close and in perfect condition and the swimming pool was great. We really enjoyed unit 701, especially the great mattresses - easily the most comfortable of any vacation rental we have done. We had a great view of the small pool and the beach off our balcony and the solid construction kept us from having to hear any neighbors. The unit easily accommodated our group of 5 and the huge shower in the master bath was awesome. We originally had concerns about being on the 7th floor and having to wait for an elevator but never had to wait more than a minute or two. Our only negatives (besides wifi) was that finding carts to help move luggage was difficult and traffic leaving the island was terrible for my daughter. Fortunately my wife and I were granted a late check-out (thank you!) and much of the traffic had cleared by the time we left.

We enjoyed our short stay at the Aransas Princess. Everything was as expected...very nice. The condo itself was exceptional, clean and comfortable. Our only regret was that the boardwalk to the beach was unavailable due to construction.

The view!

We absolutely loved the view of this place! So so nice and I didn’t want to leave :( ! The beach access is amazing with a wash center on the bridge coming back up - 2 pools and a hot tub both were awesome and we used them a lot! Get a golf cart and ride the beach , it’s the best and right on the beach access road!!!

It is a great place to stay. The only thing I would say is that the pictures on the listing of the view from the balcony need to be changed because the view is really much better than the pictures make it out to be. Great time was had by all.

First Family Vacation

This was the first beach vacation we have taken with our little one and we could not have been more pleased with this condo. The view is incredible and access to the beach was unparalleled. The owner even added a special touch for our little one, leaving out some children’s books for him to read. Very thoughtful! We would definitely stay here again.
