This second-floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium is located in the serene setting of Eaton Village at the Villages at Ocean Edge Resort.
The unit was tastefully upgraded with tile flooring in the kitchen and living areas and new cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms. Cathedral ceilings and beachy decor add a bright, modern look with sliders to the balcony offering partial views to the golf course.
A lovely primary bedroom with a King sized bed, ceiling fan and TV, benefits from an en-suite full bathroom and a desk workstation. The second bedroom has 2 Bunk Beds with a single bed trundle, a portable air conditioner and a TV. Another shared full bathroom is right outside the second bedroom door.

The home also boasts wireless internet, washer/dryer, a wall AC unit in the living room and a second wall unit in the main bedroom, and a portable air conditioner in the second bedroom. Also, sheets and towels are provided.

This unit allows for guests to purchase passes to Ocean Edge Resort's indoor pool, 2 outdoor pools, saunas, Jacuzzis, basketball courts, volleyball courts, tennis courts, fitness centers and a myriad of other activities. Another great feature with this rental is the direct access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike trail with a bike rental shop on site.

Dine at the Ocean Terrace restaurant, featuring a swanky outdoor bar and dining area at the Ocean Edge Mansion, with breathtaking views of Cape Cod Bay.

Brewster is world famous for its 'Flats' and pristine beaches, fine restaurants, art galleries, antique shops and parks, all of which are only a short distance from the unit. Many of the most beautiful bay-side beaches are only about a 5 minute drive. Brewster offers over 48 freshwater ponds and many bay-side beaches that recede out over a mile at low tide offering a wonderful view of sandbars, clam beds, and tidal pools teeming with sea life. These Brewster beaches offer unsurpassed peaceful solitude, shorebirds, enchanting wildlife and spectacular sunsets.

The property is close to four of Brewster's beloved bay beaches:

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
