Aircon was not effective, rooms were okay but not clean and towels were stained/dirty (including dooner). Overall house was dirty, not enough utensils in kitchen. Ice tray in freezer did not work. Water pressure in upstairs shower was bad, lots of cockroaches. Overall not pleasant and did not feel like it was well maintained.

Thank you for your feedback. We acknowledge that the air conditioning was not operating at full efficiency due to a temperature sensor issue. Unfortunately, this could not be fully rectified at the time due to limited contractor availability during the holiday period, and we appreciate your patience with this. Regarding the other concerns raised, we were not made aware of any cleanliness, linen, kitchen, water pressure, or pest issues during your stay. The property is professionally cleaned and inspected prior to every check-in, and this is the first time we have received feedback of this nature. Had we been notified during your stay, we would have arranged for our cleaner, maintenance, or pest control to attend promptly to address any concerns and ensure your comfort. We take pride in maintaining high standards and will review this feedback internally to ensure all expectations continue to be met for future guests.

The house was clean upon arrival, and the room space worked well with our larger group. 3 full bathrooms was appreciated. The pool was a nice addition that the kids enjoyed. The air conditioning in the main living area was also great, though upstairs did get quite warm. The house is basic but everything worked well.The location was easy to get places, and local shops are close by which was convenient, though a personal car would be best to get around easily as it is a residential area away from the beach and main tourist areas.The house could use a few small amenities, for example a coffee machine, some larger cookware that can cater for bigger groups, and maybe some pool toys for kids. The dining table could also only sit 6 people, so our group of 8 meant 2 people were left to the side. Not a major issue but it would have been nice if everyone could sit together. Perhaps providing 2 additional chairs that we could put at the table would be helpful. Overall the house worked well for what we needed it for and our group enjoyed our stay.
