Set privately behind the main residence, this compact, self-contained retreat has a private entrance and a raised porch with seating—ideal for a quiet morning cuppa or unwinding after a stroll back from the beach.

The modern kitchen includes everything you need for relaxed breakfasts or seafood dinners, with a Nespresso machine, pour-over coffee setup, microwave, stove, and oven. A glossy bench with bar stools is ideal for a quick bite or midday snack, while the adjacent dining table provides a cosy space for shared meals or catching up on emails.

After a day at the beach, retreat to one of two peaceful bedrooms. Recharge in the primary bedroom with a queen bed, or curl up with a book in the second room, which features a bunk with a double below and single above—perfect for kids or friends. Rinse off salt and sand in the family bathroom, complete with a rainfall shower and complimentary toiletries.
