The main living room features a Smart TV, ample seating, and a beautiful piano, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The second living space seamlessly opens to the outdoor balcony, perfect for enjoying fresh air and natural light. The third living area is a cosy retreat, complete with a TV, an assortment of books, and games for guests to enjoy.

To the right as you step inside, the master bedroom offers a private retreat with its own ensuite, complete with a shower, toilet, and generous cupboard space. A clothing rack is also provided for added convenience.

Adjacent to the master bedroom, you`ll find a spacious laundry room with a washing machine and plenty of room to handle all your washing needs.

The home also features three additional bedrooms, each designed for comfort.
