In the winter months, pool heat is preset to 85 degrees but can be adjusted higher or lower upon request. LED pool lights run for 3 hours each evening (also adjustable upon request). Beach essentials including chairs, coolers, umbrellas, plus pool floats are provided for your stay.

- The base rate includes up to 4 guests with a small fee for extra guests.
- One dog is welcome with prior approval from the property manager and a pet cleaning fee.
- Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by the property manager.
- A prepaid electric charge is included in your reservation.
- The garage is not available for guest parking.
