DETAIL: The beauty lies within the details at 29 Calamint Court! This wonderful 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home in the award-winning community of WaterColor, was professionally designed by a team frequently featured in Better Homes & Gardens, Coastal Living, and Southern Living Magazine. The home radiates charming, antique touches throughout. Natural finishes are showcased in nearly every room with reclaimed heart pine flooring from an 1820s schoolhouse lining the first floor, while heart pine wood beams from an old textile mill are on the ceilings.
When entering the home, the screened-in front porch opens up to a spacious great room and gourmet chef's kitchen. A king bed, flat-screen TV, and elaborate primary bathroom with a soaking tub and marble walk-in shower are all included for the home's highest level of comfort and luxury. The 2 remaining side-by-side guest rooms feature plush-white bedding on queen beds, each with a private bathroom.
