Central location just off Spencer St. and Lonsdale St. and across the road from the Spencer St. station.
Easy access apartment with paid parking available onsite!
The Space:
Have the ENTIRE APARTMENT to yourself without the big bucks of hotel stay. Our gorgeous apartment located just opposite southern cross train station, skybus drop off from the Melbourne airport, and within city free tram zone area . It 's North facing apartment with plenty of natural light.
The apartment in inner city apartment with modern facade and warm timber flooring interior. This is beautiful self contained apartment will be your your new home away from home.
The apartment is also completed with air conditioning and heating system. It's tick all the inner city living criteria from facilities such as swimming pool, gym, spa, sauna, rock climbing facilities, yoga court and bbq facilities in the communal garden area to the amazing view and the central convenience location. The most important of all is the apartment is cozy and very homey.
The apartment size is approximately 64 sqm with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The entire space is quite spacious for 2, ideal for 4.
Accommodation for guests consist of 2 bedrooms with 1 queen bed and 2 single beds. Modern clean bathroom complete with your soft luxurious towels. A spacious open plan living area lead to your balcony that overview Melbourne city sky line.
In the living room there is a 43" smart TV with netflix and dvd player, you are more than welcome to have access of out of our dvds collections and blue ray too.
Kitchen area consist of Full equip Kitchen with modern appliances such as dishwasher, microwave and oven. There is an island bench that double up to a dining area fit for 6 . For the cook enthusiast, we provide pots, pans, baking essential tools complete with food processors, juicer, kettle, and toaster, as well as complimentary coffee, tea, cereals, and biscuits.
You may cook and bake however please do it in timely manners and do not leave it unsupervised.
Complete Laundry area with washer, dryer , ironing board and iron.
Private balcony for your sunset watching or romantic candlelit dinner perfect for 2.
PAID PARKING IS AVAILABLE AT $25/DAY
Parking space is available onsite and we can give access after payment has been made.
Please let us know as soon as possible if you will be availing of parking - typically we can only arrange the parking within 24-48 hours notice.
Please no smoking inside the apartment and in all hallway or lobby of the building
This is a smoke sensitive building and smoking is strictly prohibited in common area. This can caused evacuation and fire engine to be called in. When this is happen you will be liable for the $7500 cost.
Guest Access:
You will be allowed to access the:- 43" Smart TV with Netflix, DVD player, books, DVD movies and blue ray collections. free WiFi, lobby, lifts, apartment units, kitchen and all equipments, pools, gyms, and other amenities such as spa, sauna, and communal garden.
The Neighborhood:
It is in central Melbourne, opposite the Southern Cross train station, the SkyBus drop-off from Melbourne Airport, and inside the city free tram zone. Everything is on the doorstep, from restaurants and shops, including the Spencer outlet centre.
Getting Around:
This apartment is located about 200 m from Southern cross station also skybus station to and from the Melbourne airport just across the road.
You can hail cabs from spencer st which is only 100 m away from the apartment.
Catch buses from the melbourne main bus station in the Lonsdale street located about 50 m away from the apartment.
Public transport in Melbourne is so accommodating and the location of this apartment is in the middle of it all.
Most importantly, all trams within the city are FREE. Just look out for the "FREE tram zone" signs.
Other Things to Note:
This apartment is private apartment and you wont be sharing this unit with anyone else. I will ensure you will have your privacy and feeling comfortable at our apartment.

If you want to leave your luggage before checking-in or after you check-out, there are affordable luggage services and paid lockers across the road on Spencer St at the Southern Cross train station. They charge anywhere from AU$10 to AU$16 per locker for 24 hours.

Upon staying in the apartment all guest are responsible for their own belongings and the apartment content. We do not responsible for missing valuable items that are left behind. Also if guest damages the content or furniture in the apartment during your stay you will be liable for the repair cost or replacement cost.
EVICTION OF GUESTS maybe permitted by host when guests are noisy or if there is complaint from neighbours or building manager or when police is called to the apartment. When this happen guests will lose all deposit and the payment of the remaining stay won't be refunded.
** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the apartment, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guest’s responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **
