✔︎ Stains on linen or white towels will be considered damaged if stains cannot be removed.
✔︎ Enjoy yourselves, however, please take care with foods that can spill or stain our carpets, couches, and bed linen.
✔︎We do charge extra fees in case of loss or damages to our property such as towels, linen, and furniture.
✔︎Turn off all lights/TV/air conditions when not at home
✔︎ Quiet hours: We respect our neighbors` peace and privacy, so we ask that guests keep noise levels down between 7 pm and 8 am.
✔︎ Cleanliness: We expect our guests to leave the property in the same condition they found it in. Please clean up after yourselves, do not leave dirty dishes,and take out the trash before checking out. Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee being applied. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
✔︎Maximum occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed in the property is 2, including children. Please do not exceed this limit. If the maximum occupancy is exceeded, a penalty may be applied and extra guests will be asked to leave immediately.

Check-in instructions will be provided on the day of arrival once all requirements have been completed.
Submission of a valid government-issued ID is mandatory.
Failure to provide a valid ID will result in delays in releasing check-in instructions.
Access details are confidential and must not be shared with anyone outside your registered booking.
📶 WiFi
WiFi is available inside the apartment.
The connection is suitable for regular browsing, streaming, emails, and general online use.
The WiFi is not suitable for high-bandwidth activities such as heavy downloads, large file transfers, crypto mining, or intensive commercial usage.
Service interruptions caused by the internet provider are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds.

Please note that TV type may vary depending on the specific unit booked.
For Smart TV Units:
Streaming apps may already be installed.
Guests must use their own personal login credentials.

Excessive staining (makeup, fake tan, dye, oil, blood, etc.) or damage will result in replacement charges.
Missing linen will be charged at replacement value.
