Perched on the uppermost level, the expansive great room opens to a west-facing deck that captures panoramic ocean views and nightly sunsets—perfect for al fresco dining and relaxed evenings by the sea. Inside, an urban-chic chef’s kitchen anchors the space, complete with a sprawling granite island, commercial-grade gas range, deep stainless sink, and a built-in wine chiller and coffee bar. Whether you're hosting a sunset dinner at the ocean-view dining table or simply sipping wine by the gas fireplace, every moment here is elevated.



Downstairs, three plush bedroom suites await—each with its own TV and spa-inspired bathroom to create serene spaces for rest and rejuvenation. Two second-floor suites share access to a wraparound deck, the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee amid the ocean breeze. On the lower level, enjoy endless entertainment with shuffleboard, air hockey, and foosball in the game garage, then unwind in the private outdoor hot tub just beyond the garden gate.



As part of the Olivia Beach community, guests enjoy access to a seasonal saltwater pool, a charming neighborhood park, and a peaceful stretch of shoreline just steps away. *We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.



Whether you're whale-watching with binoculars or toasting the sunset from your rooftop perch, Nauti Beach Cottage is more than a getaway—it's an experience of coastal luxury at its finest.
