Upper level master bedroom – King bed + shower + bath + water views

Upper level bedroom 2 – Queen bed

Upper level full common bathroom

Upper level large media room/extra living + office (2 workstations and printer)

Guest wing bedroom 3 – Queen bed

Guest wing bedroom 4 – Queen bed

Guest wing lounge – double size sofabed

Guest wing full common bathroom, kitchenette (only if required) + outdoor area + own entrance

All bedrooms are spacious.

Omaha Beach is fantastic for walking, swimming, surfing and rock pooling; the estuary side for kayaking, paddleboarding, kite-surfing, jetty jumping, water-skiing and sea biscuiting. And if you get bored of these things there's even more to do in the surrounding areas: Matakana, Leigh, Tawharanui Beach, Warkworth township, Pakiri Beach, Goat Island, Ti Point Walk and Sandspit.
