We understand that it does get cold during the winter nights therefore blankets were supplied during your stay. Our cleaner did attend the property and provided the additional blanket while you were out as discussed, following your request. Thanks for your review Deb. As with your explanation via email, the tiles in the bathroom are coated with an extra non-slip adhesive, which does make it difficult for the mop to slide over. We will give the tiles a detail.
