Kapiti Getaway is a large 5 bedroom, 2 living room house just a 2 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute walk to Paraparaumu Beach shops. You'll enjoy your own private swimming pool, spa pool, and a tennis court and pets are welcome.

This Paraparaumu rental includes indoor/outdoor living over 2 levels. The modern and spacious living area is located upstairs, and flows onto generous decking with ample seating, a BBQ on hand, plus sea views! This bright, open living area is a good space to relax and entertain.

For a more formal dining option with a table that seats 12 in the dining room, or the modern kitchen is located downstairs, where you can enjoy the breakfast window seat position for laid back holiday brunches.

There are 5 bedrooms at this Paraparaumu accommodation, accommodating a maximum of 10 adults and 1 child. The large master bedroom is situated upstairs and is fitted with a queen bed. This bedroom opens onto the upper deck for summer stays, and includes a gas fireplace for extra comfort during cooler weather.

You will also find bedroom 2 situated upstairs, fitted with a double bed & single foldout bed. This bedroom opens onto the upper deck and includes a sink area for your convenience. The remaining 3 bedrooms at this Paraparaumu Beach holiday home are located downstairs each with a queen bed. One of these downstairs bedroom also had a foldout bed. When the two foldout beds are used the house sleeps a total of 12 people.

You will find the main bathroom downstairs at this Kapiti Getaway, plus an en-suite bathroom in the upstairs master bedroom.

To complete your resort style living, relax pool-side with an additional BBQ area and pool house. The fully furnished pool house provides an ideal set up for summer escapes with comfortable furnishings. Plus, your own private tennis court is on hand with racquets and tennis balls provided!

Enjoy this convenient location 2 minutes walk to the beach. You are just a 5 minute walk to shops and cafe's, and a short drive to the airport and shopping centre!
