- This single-story home requires a small step for entry
- There is an optional pool heat fee of $20/night (+ fees & taxes, paid pre-trip, applied to entire stay). During the winter months, the pool heater will not raise the water above 80 degrees. Additionally, when the outside temperature is below 50 degrees, the pool heater will remain off to prevent damage to the equipment
- The pool cleaner comes every Thursday around 12:00 PM; they do not have access to any interior space
- There is routine lawn maintenance every other Saturday that occurs during the mid to late morning
- Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras: camera 1 is on the front facing the driveway, camera 2 is on the side facing the gate/pool equipment, and camera 3 is a doorbell camera facing the exterior front entry. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion
