Stunning Home w/Lake MI Association Beach

With over 3000 square feet of living space spread out over 3 levels this beach house has been designed to blend harmoniously with the wooded natural setting and Lake Michigan shoreline. Located in historic Macatawa Hills, this modern cottage provides a bright and airy retreat for exploring the association beach access just a short walk away or a day boating on Lake Macatawa.

Step into the main floor living space and start to unwind! The open kitchen and living area are outfitted with calming, neutral tones. The kitchen features a roomy breakfast bar and banquette, and a sunny dining area is found just beyond the living area. Step out to the beautiful furnished deck complete with gas grill and fire table and wind down after a day exploring the lakeshore. Wander to the upper level where you will discover an amazing primary suite with king bed and ensuite bath with jetted tub and walk in shower. An additional guest room with a queen bed is located on this floor as well. The lower level features an oversized bunk room with 8 twin built in beds and a large hangout space. Just down the hall you will discover an additional full bath, a family room with tv viewing area, ping pong table and indoor shuffleboard.

Take advantage of all the amenities provided - kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards and a golf cart. Rent bikes locally and take a day trip along the bike paths leading to downtown Holland where you will find an endless variety of dining, shopping, coffee shops, breweries and entertainment. There are endless activities and locations to explore from this perfectly situated home base.

PARKING
It can accommodate up to 6 vehicles - 4 in the driveway and 2 in front of the house. Parking is limited to smaller cars only - larger vehicles and SUV's will not fit and limit the number of spaces available.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 30 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 14 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reductions in nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products, along with emergency maintenance services.
